My daughter stayed at MMoni's Girls PG in 2025. It’s advertised as a ladies PG under Malini’s name, but she was rarely present, and the day-to-day management was handled by her son, Suraj. During her stay, he would enter the girls’ rooms to check cleanliness, which made my daughter uncomfortable. There was also no regular female supervision, and most of the staff were male, which added to our concerns. She and a few other residents mentioned issues about personal belongings like electronics, jewelry, and cash going missing. Considering all of this, we didn’t feel comfortable continuing there and decided to withdraw her.

This PG is falsely advertised as being managed by Ms. Malini, a female caretaker — which is a key reason many parents trust it for their daughters. In reality, the PG is handled by her son, Suraj, along with other male staff — completely defeating the purpose of a ladies-only accommodation. Suraj is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, and his presence — along with other male personnel — raises serious safety and privacy concerns, especially for young college students. This is not just mismanagement — it’s a breach of trust and decency. On top of that, the PG is in poor sanitary condition. Rats, cockroaches, and overall filth are regular complaints. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. What’s worse is that the management is removing or flagging honest reviews instead of fixing the real problems. Don’t fall for the manipulated 5-star ratings — ask the current girls staying there, many of whom are stuck because they’ve come from other states with limited housing options. If you're considering this place for your daughter or yourself — look elsewhere. Safety, cleanliness, and transparency are all severely lacking.

My friend lives here. I am helping her to look for the rent nearby. She wants to leave the pg along with her 6friends. She says she feels like a beggar because the food is not sufficient. The owner doesn't come to the check the pg regularly. Last month also she didn't give food for 2 days without prior information. The house keeper's wife is also very rude, she also naggs while serving food. A very bad pg.

My stay at the pg was mostly comfortable. I had a double sharing room with attached bathroom so I didn’t face issues with sharing it other people I wasn’t familiar with, I loved my room it was so comfortable and cozy. Hygiene truly depends on yourself, if you are neat and clean so will be your surrounding. Facilities are good, although sometimes we would face issues with Wi-Fi or Hot water not being provided late at night but it was usually solve as soon as possible. Two Washing machines are also provided which is nice and the rules are very flexible as well. One of the plus points of the pg is how close it is to the college which makes it very convenient to get to class early morning especially of you are running late. I honestly only had issues with the food, since it’s not the kind I am used to but overall everything else is fine and i was surrounded by kind people who made my stay truly wonderful.

Here's an honest review of my stay at Mmonis Ladies PG. I stayed at this PG from October 2024 to July 2025, and overall, it was a very comfortable and supportive place to live. The PG is well-equipped with essential amenities such as 24/7 hot water, although sometimes when many people are using it may not be as hot and Aquaguard filtered drinking water is given ,Wifi which is sometimes slow, cleaning is done and washing machine is provided.Cooking is allowed, although you're still expected to take food provided through the mess system. The timings are very flexible, the PG opens at 6 AM and closes at 9:30 PM, which is convenient for both students and working professionals. And As for accommodation, I stayed in a single room with an attached bathroom, and I truly appreciated the privacy and comfort that I got. The environment was peaceful, and the other girls were friendly and respectful. The staff are very responsive and they even quickly fixed a broken bathroom pipe in my room, and also helped me with a light bulb issue.
