“This hotel is pathetic. Would not recommend anyone. My visit May 2026. Washroom are very dirty and stinking. Bathroom fitting are broken. It’s an old property which is not Maintained. They don’t switch on the lobby light until 6pm like a government society. I reached around 4pm and still we had to wait for the room as it was not cleaned. The person at the reception Hemant is very arrogant and non coporative. There is not proper car parking allocation, guest who are staying at hotel need to park in the field in backyard and people coming just at restaurant get the front parking. I wanted to complain about these issue to Manger but he was missing. Looks like he have some better work to do then to manage his hotel. I had a horrible time. Did not want to stay at all but since I paid in advance, I had to stay. I was so frustrated that I did not wait for my paid breakfast and left early in the morning. Plz note the pic available online do not show the correct pic.”

The dishes lacked freshness and flavor, and the overall taste was below average. The service was slow, and even the presentation wasn’t appealing. For the price charged, I expected a much better dining experience. Hope the management looks into improving the taste, hygiene, and service quality. many people from event were served on this day, , making staff difficult to serve, , don't mix event lunch

Suraj H D★★★★★We recently visited Rama Hotel in Hassan for breakfast, and the experience was very disappointing. The food quality was not good it tasted stale and lacked freshness. On top of that, the service was extremely poor; the staff seemed careless and not at all attentive to customers. Overall, a bad experience and definitely not recommended for a good breakfast stop.

A lady girl(owner of hotel) will be sitting but she is a mad girl. i asked her r u hotel owner she said no to protect her from scoldings. Dont go to this hotel. Worst service. We ordered roti and they if we ask curry they said no curry at all.

We ordered egg ghee roast, kalmi, mushroom manchurian, Chicken Biriyani and Veg Mughalai Biriyani. The Mughulai biriyani smelled really bad when it came to our table like stale food about to be ruined. We anyway ate (should have sent it back) and the next day we all fell sick. Stomach ache, gas trouble and nauseas. There was lot noise from the next tables and the management doesnt control it at all. Hotel Raama has lost its class completely and has become careless. It was one of the best places in hassan for food but now it is just a nice building now. Food is really bad. The service should be improved but everywhere in India everything is moving backwards. They think we are animals to eat whatever. If you cant provide proper service then dont give any service at all. Go check the service provided in Bangalore hotels, how fresh and healthy the food is.
