1.Food quality is very poor and not upto the basic standards 2.Meals are repetitive and often not fresh 3.Hygiene is not maintained in the kitchen and dining area 4.Complaints raised by tenants are ignored by Management 5.For the rent charged, the food provided is not the worth money 🤑 6.No variety in the menu,the same food is served almost everyday 7.Quantity provided is not sufficient, and tenants often remain hungry 😞 8.The PG management is only focused on making huge profit instead of providing quality service to tenants 9.Most of the positive reviews are forced from tenants,so do not rely on them as genuine feedback. 10.No transparency

The PG is very nice, nice rooms, friendly owner, amentites, staff and cleanliness. I stayed here for 2 months for my internship and am impressed. It is situated behind Raaj Residency Hotel. Pros: Clean Rooms with modern furniture unlike other PGs Newly Built PG Daily room cleaning and alternate day washroom cleaning (except Sundays) Homely Food Free Wifi Open Terrace Lift Friendly Owner and Staff Cons: 1. Limited parking space. So no point bringing your two wheeler. Although there is an open parking space outside the Raaj Residency Hotel where you can park. 2. Premium Pricing: For a single room they charge 24k which I feel is a bit on the higher side (shouldn't be more than 20-21k). But if someone needs the quality they can spend this much. For double sharing, price is 18k. 3. Limited natural lighting: Some rooms have one window hence Natural Lighting is Limited due to presence of Buildings in close proximity on both sides of PG. 4. No power and water backup: There is no power backup and in the event of an outage, the pumps supplying water to overhead tanks would also not work. Hence, water runs out around 3-4 hrs after electricity goes out. Once there was a power outage for

Excellent PG experience I've stayed in the pg for 3 months. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Food is hygienic and delicious. The location is convenient and near to my office. SRM PG is Very nice PG. Tasty home made food, neat and clean room with hot water, WiFi, Washing machine and housekeeping services. Price also reasonable & value for money. Owner Mr narasimha bro is very nice, friendly person & his staff also cool people. Surely all we are comfortable here in this PG, compare to anywhere nearby others. Good time..with good people..
