I would like to convey the exact current scenario of this PG. Food is getting worse day by day. There is no proper management . People are relying on rice and dal everyday . You can find alot of same excuses from owner if anyone of us complain regarding food. Even room cleaning is getting reduce . Most important thing on any festival they gonna stop food for entire day or stop making non veg and on complaining you can find one of the worst lame excuse from owner.

Very bad management. Even on constant complaints about wifi issues they don't listen. Food quality is very bad and variety is zero, simple daal chawal everyday. Not recommended!

One of the best PGs in Neeladri, though slightly on the expensive side. Double sharing is ₹10,000 and private rooms ₹19,000 (negotiable up to ~₹18,000). Security deposit is ₹4,000. Rooms on the left while exiting the elevator are more spacious, while right-side rooms get better natural light (mainly on 6th & 7th floors). Cots, mattresses, pillows and chairs are provided, but the foldable wall desk is small, better to get your own table (Rentomojo outlet nearby). Each floor has a shared refrigerator and RO water. Washrooms are generally clean, but check faucets; for private rooms, request deep cleaning. Only one cupboard per room. Common dining area, cooking stove, washing machines, workspace, and clothes-drying shed are on the 7th floor. Owner/caretaker is responsive and helpful, and short stays may be allowed. Downside: only 3 washing machines for the whole building, and parking can get congested. Food is filling and hygienic, but mostly rice-based and taste can improve. Location is decent, ~1 km from Wipro Gate, 3 km from Infosys Metro, bus stop at ~500 m, and close to ring road. Daily utility shops are a bit far (1–2 km). I lived in this PG for almost a year, and it was a great experience, the location is very good and walking distance to Neeladri market. The food was okayish, and we had 3 days of non-veg in dinners per week, so that was good. The wifi connection was good and fast, and water purifier and fridge is provided on each floor. A part of clothes drying space is covered for rainy season which is a big big help. The owner is friendly and very responsive and quickly address any issues you have regarding your room. The refund experience was also handled well. Overall an excellent option for a PG in neeladri nagar, with many pros than cons, unlike most others.

I lived in this PG for about a year, and to be honest, it was a great experience. The refund of our deposits was handled properly. Regarding the food, it's common for the initial excitement to wear off over time, whether you're in a PG or hostel. However, the management made an effort to improve it. The WiFi connection was good, with two 5G WiFi networks on each floor. Lastly, the dedicated study/work area was really helpful for late-night exam prep. The owner is friendly and responsive; they'll quickly address any issues you have with your room.
