The PG is really good and the cleanliness along with other maintenance that people usually look for is great but the question arises at the price point. Although all the amenities are available there are some shortfalls in them and that directly made me think that the PG is charging 2 or 3k more than what they should actually be doing. I feel they can improve on ways to keep the tenants informed on the proceedings for a better experience. But all in all, this is a solid and reliable place to stay. Regarding the price, that's just my opinion maybe you might be okay with it.

Been staying here for 3 months; amenities are quite good and more importantly, the PG owner is the differentiating factor. I'm sure his responsiveness and bias for action are unmatched in and around Bellandur area, which makes this PG one of the best to stay.
