Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Property! My experience with this property was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked through the Agoda app, but due to a technical glitch, the booking was for 2 adults in 2 rooms instead of 4 adults in 2 rooms. When I approached the property manager to cancel and rebook through Agoda, they flatly refused and charged us an extra ₹1,000 on top of the already paid ₹4,437. Agoda confirmed that a full refund would be issued if the property agreed to cancel, but the property staff disregarded this and showed no basic human decency or customer service skills. The entire property is filled with devotional songs, which might be great for some, but it did nothing to improve the deplorable customer service we received. I have never had such a terrible experience with a property before, and I strongly urge you to avoid booking here at all costs. Save yourself from the frustration and disappointment we went through – steer clear of this place!

Worst experience. Never go to this hotel. There are no locks and worst customer experience I faced till now. The manager does not deserve to be there. When asked for 2 rooms he gave us the price for two rooms and later changed it saying it is for one room. The owner intervened and gave complimentary breakfast and the manager wanted to charge for breakfast again in morning and did not allow to speak to owner. Manager only agreed for complimentary breakfast when forced to talk to owner again. They say complimentary breakfast and charge you for tea and juices. They only give you idly Vada for breakfast and no other options and say anything other than it is chargeable basis. No wifi in rooms. No safety locks and only access card locks which can be opened by them anytime. Tv does not work. Bathrooms are very compact. You'll get a better 3 star hotel for the price they charge you and provide worst customer experience. It's better you avoid the hotel if with family. The manager there needs to be taught customer service and how to talk to customers.

We went there by 4th august night approx 7pm. Before going we checked in online it shows 1800 per night. So went directly without online booking. There manager santosh.. he said per night 3000. I asked him in online it shows 1800. But he said, after taxes and all it will come 2200 and said final price 2200. But I checked online it shows 1500+ hotel amount and 250+ taxes and charges, total 1800. I showed him. But he saying it's not final amount 2200. Receptionist girl saying madam u can book in online. But that manager said arrogantly 2200 is final price.. in online also will come that price only. I showed him online price. But he says arrogantly 2200.

Bad experience with the Airconditioning, later they changed the room, however it was still the same with no much difference. Poorly slept causing tiredness. Next morning when complained about it, they were not responsive and instead told my wife with a toddler that she may leave now. Such behaviours are not welcoming for a business that is in hospitality industry. Our booking was on 20 Feb 2025 in the name of G******i. Ours was 4th booking in this hotel, but this time it turned out to be worse and never want to return. Previously experienced good stay but now it seems to have lost maintenance.

The air conditioning was of low quality. We set the temperature to 16°, but it felt like 27° even in the suite room. My parents had an uncomfortable, sleepless night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone; don't come here looking at the ambiance, as I did the same. I'm totally disappointed with the room.

Good Hotel though service is very bad especially food service. Even after we told them that we have few months old kids with us they were adamant n insisted us to come n drink milk or tea from the restaurant itself. One of the worst Hotels that I have ever stayed. I reached before 12pm and the system wouldn't allow to check-in before 12. Pathetic. Also, there was no one at the reception for about 10 mins. The ambience was ok but food was nothing great. Rooms were not as per star hotel standards and there were quite a few Mosquitos buzzing around. The room was stinking for which the room service came and sprayed some fresher but the smell came back after few mins. The satellite TV in the room stopped working after 9pm, and even after complaining no one bothered to attend till next day night. WiFi speed was very low and kept disconnecting. Their parking system is not good, if you have to get your car you need to wait for sometime as they will shuffle other cars back and forth to make way for your car. I finall had to check-out and check-in in another Lodge.

Had booked a room along with complimentary breakfast option. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Breakfast was horrible with no options at all, they do not refill it even at 9.30AM in the morning.Even tea and coffee were not available. Breakfast was just a namesake.

Worst and horrible hotel and the service is very poor, lot of mosquitoes and the bed are of poor quality, room are not spacious and the bathroom is not kept clean and no ventilation, suffocated. Price is very high. Totally worst.

I didn't stay at the property but on the way back to my place I visited the restaurant for a lunch. Waiter didn't give the menu and told that only few items are available. Even the taste was not that good to reslish our lunch. Even roadside street vendors will have more options for the lunch. I made a mistake by visiting the restaurant.

Worst hotel they cheat and make fool prices are diff while booking after reaching there charge extra no wifi no network no proper response from staff and worst breakfast included but no buffet system individual thy take order n service...please don't prefer this hotel it's worst treatment
