“This residency proudly proves that attitude can exist without ability. The rooms are dirty, the washroom is unhygienic, and the dustbin clearly reflects how much management cares. Staff carries a useless ego, acting superior while delivering sub-standard service. Cleanliness seems optional, but arrogance is clearly mandatory. Online photos create expectations; reality delivers disappointment. Staying here feels like paying to be looked down upon. Avoid if you value hygiene, honesty, or basic human respect.”

“I stayed at this hotel with my family about a week ago, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were reasonably good, but the major issue was the frequent power outage. When the electricity went off, there was no power backup facility available. The hotel did not have a generator (DG set) or any alternative arrangement. When we raised this concern, the staff responded in an arrogant and unhelpful manner, stating that we could either stay or leave, and that no refund would be provided. Additionally, there was insufficient ventilation in the rooms, and we faced a serious mosquito problem throughout our stay, making it quite uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope the management takes steps to improve its facilities and customer service.”

Mihir Tanksale★★★★★An overpriced hotel with abysmal service and hygiene. While there is a fridge in the room, it stinks after opening it. Service is too slow and the landlines don't work..The only good thing about this place was its location in the city but it is overshadowed by the horrible stench we had to endure whenever climbing its stairs.

One of the worst experience had in my life from staff behaviour to amenities provided,no lift,no generater,no wi fi ,no restaurant Cleanesh issues, in toilet no cold water only hot water coming in toilet jet,you can't take bath as both the tap providing only hot water, toilet flux is broken after complain temporary fixby keeping one bottle,never stay in this hotel if you stay one to two hours after check out time they will charge for one day teriif,Mr Suresh is rude in behaviour,so never stay in this hotel this will your trip nightmare of your life .

Check in time is 12 o clock,we reached early and check in at 8:30,I informed that time that next day we will check out at 10:00.That time manager did not not informed that I have to pay one days extra charge if we check out after one hour.next day morning also he did not inform me that your time is over. Half an hour before checkin he asked for half day charge,I agree and tell that will leave room after 3 o clock,then he tell that you have to pay full day charge.
