The owner is behaving well when it comes to collecting rent. If we're talking about food, it's not good. Even we agree that it is the worst. You can inquire with anyone in this PG. I've been here for three months. They eat from the same menu every week. They didn't even serve morning tea. The biggest issue is a lack of food. After 9 p.m., you will not be served meals. The same thing is going on in the morning. Water is entering a couple rooms through the windows. If you are on the top or fourth level, you cannot travel by elevator after 10:30 p.m. If you have a food complaint. Owner told you to go to the kitchen, and the cook will send you back to the owner. They are engaging in a blame game. No one is lisening or attempting to fix the food crisis. When food does not taste well, the owner prepares it separately for himself, but he does not strive to fix the problem.

This is one of the finest PG I've found in bangalore. FYI it has be renamed to Good Lands PG for Gents. Trust me you can not find such a neat and clean PG like this at so affordable price. The care taker is a very friendly person and lives here with his sweet family. The food is delicious, north & south Indian both are served. Regular room cleaning, maintainance, lift facility, washing machine, high speed internet access. Best part which makes this PG standout compared to all most PGs in JP Nagar, Bilekahalli and BTM is it has a very clean dedicated dining room. Bonus: being one of the tallest building in the area, the view from terrace is awesome.
