“Rooms are good but food is worst . First point he will not keep food after given time that after 9.30 morning 9.30 night there will be no food . And food taest is also not good. Chandan bhai he is good but not clean. If you see kitchen its very dirty. At this price there many good pg available with very best food. At the end of the day its all about food.”

“Hello everyone, please do not go to this vivaan residency. the proprietor vasudev reddy is a money-hungry cheat. I stayed a couple months. Also, the meal was quite bad. But rooms are clean, and spacious is okay..I gave him a 4000 advance and vacated the PG, but he did not give me one rupee. When I queried the proprietor, he said that it doesn't rain in Bangalore and that the cost of water is prohibitively expensive. He spoke to me mentally like this. So boys please 🙏avoid this residency.........All pgs monthly rent two sharing 7000 or 7500 rs only, but this pg monthly rent is 8500☺️, many persons went out the pg.”

Half of the building is occupied by college students.So, We can call it as Boys Hostel. 3 times food for College students but only 2 times food for Working Men. Food is not up to the mark. Average food. Break Fast is good. Rooms are good and maintained with clean. Wifi is ok. Food timings are 8 to 10 daily either Morning or Night and they will not at all allowed to eat after the timings and hostel gates will closed after 11 P.M. Water supply is good.
