“Scam Alert – Do Not Fall for Their Lies! Joining Stanza Living Kiev property has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. The sales team outright scammed me by giving false information about the retention policy. I was told I could choose between 3, 6, or 12 months — but when the time came, I was forced into a 1-year contract with zero room for discussion. As per their agreement, rent was supposed to cover everything — food, electricity, and amenities. But guess what? They changed the rules midway, started charging separately for electricity, and didn’t even bother adjusting the rent. How is that fair? Kitchen hygiene is horrible. The place is dirty, and complaints go unheard. The housekeeping staff is rude and even threatens residents if we speak up. The so-called Residence Captain (Nanditha) and Cluster Manager (Jay) are completely useless — just there for show, never available when issues come up. I would strongly advise against choosing this or any Stanza Living property. They are fooling customers just like they fooled their investors — with false promises and poor service.”

Nian MB★★★★★Stanza living is just a scam This has genuinely been the worst PG experience I’ve ever had. The management feels totally unhinged at times — there’s just no responsibility, no proper communication, and definitely no concern for the people staying there. Whenever we try reaching out through email for help or clarification, they either ignore it or block the mails altogether. It’s so frustrating to deal with. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this PG to anyone. There are far better places that actually care about their residents.

Amisha Singh★★★★★Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Living Conditions – Avoid at All Costs I have been residing at this property for the past three years, and I can confidently say the experience has been consistently appalling. The hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable — there are rats in the utensils, the fridge emits a foul stench, and the food provided is often inedible. Despite charging exorbitant fees, the management repeatedly fails to deliver even the basic amenities promised. Instead, they continue to find new ways to impose hidden charges while offering substandard services in return. The overall condition of this property is disgraceful, and it has shown no signs of improvement over time. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice before committing. Proceed at your own risk.

Kanisha Kothari★★★★★Very bad experience. They say you can easily transfer from one stanza to another but take the money out of you. My roommate is paying 10k and I was charged 16k for the same room. Just because I had a transfer. Cannot get out because of the contract. Wouldn’t recommend Stanza at all.

chetna raut★★★★★They have password locked doors but girls stands outside the door of pg with boys hugging kissing smooching everything they does out side property (at the entrance)only.. smoking drinking alcohol is a normal thing todo for pg girls, they does not have any time table whenever they feels like entering or exiting the pg they can do..
