“Well, every PG owner has a business Mindset. No problem. But the owner of this pg only knows to take advance and rent in advance and not to provide facilities needed. Starting he talks very nicely. Then he shows true colors after paying money. By looking his face also you can decide yourself what type of person he is ?? This is not a revenge . It's the fact. Many people checks Google review . Reviews are of himself owner and his friends who are running pg in same area. Don't get cheated. He speaks Telugu He's whole game is to loot money from you and makes you disturbed so that you leave pg with in a month. So if you ask advance and rent he won't give you back. Either you stay or leave. Ultimately your money would loss. No maintenance , no sufficient amt of food very limited qty he prepares. It would not be sufficient for many of the people. Food is also worst He doesn't provide the room you booked. He makes you stay in other persons room who went to hometown. If you ask your room. He acts like he is very busy person. Chandra Babu S N★★★★★This was the worst PG experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were filthy, bathrooms never cleaned, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in months. Not worth even half the rent they charge! The food is absolutely disgusting. Every day it's the same tasteless, oily mess. If food is important to you, avoid this place at all costs. They show you good pictures and promise a lot, but after payment, everything changes. The room I got was half the size of what I saw in pictures. Rent is too high for such poor living conditions. Complete scam!
