Very unhygienic, services aren’t upto the mark, there was water leakage behind the bed which lead to fungus grow all over the wall beside the bed. We asked them to change the room but they didn’t consider our problems.

The stay and the residents are the best but the management is worst in terms of any cooperation or hospitality. NEVER PAY THEM SECURITY DEPOSIT, they will never return back. The management engages themselves in hostile actions and behavior without much thought to the welfare of the residents.

Very small rooms and overpriced. The helpdesk does not care for your issues. It feels like they do not even read your tickets. They have a robotic response. The sales team promises you one thing but then at the time of rent, they ask you if you have taken any screenshot or recorded that conversation. The sales team lies just to make you join.

The outside area remains dirty. The corridors and eatign area were unclean. Rooms are small, lacks ventilation and has no windows. It seemed a little overpriced too.

I would like to change my review. I thought that poor communication was the only issue but apparently they will not respond and add unfair charges to your refund and will delay the same. This happened with me and my roommate as well. Out of a combined total of 12k refund they cut 8k for bullshit reasons and when i shared multiple mails they didnt respond and unfairly cut the amount. We left in Nov and are still trying to reach out to them to sort. Its not worth it. There is another zero deposit coliving nearby and my friend faced no such issues there. Please dont consider. I was not this harsh is ky review but after so much time and unfair behaviour on their part i am fed up. The rent is already expensive. On top of that, all this. Its not worth it. I’m fed up. Many of us face such issues. Please dont consider this chain. I was so calm with them but after so much i am done.

They will loot all of your money and provide third class service. Very horrible experience almost wasted 50k for nothing. Before my agreement ended a new roommate was assigned and my messages were ignored. Save your money and don't go there, the food they provide is also very pathetic.

Staying here from 6 months, Not worth the price for such small rooms. 13000+ for 1 bed in small room is totally waste. Only thing that's worth is Terrace area, that too they r not maintaining well, nothing close to how it looks in the pics they share. It will be with cigarette buds allover. In the pics they share it will be fancy with lights, chairs and other stuff, but nothing will be there, they simply share few old pics where it looked good. Reality is Different. WIFI is slow most of the times, you can only use 2 devices if you want to connect more devices you need to pay extra, same with laundry one can give only 2 times if want more then extra money.. Everywhere they try to charge you. Bedsheets they provide are not clean and hygienic, They will be having blood stains or other stains on them. If you are moving here better get your own bedsheets.

The Worst PG Experience Ever – Beware of FF21 PMC This has been by far the worst PG I’ve ever stayed in. FF21, please take note – your so-called manager is absolutely unresponsive and unhelpful. When it comes to refunds, there is literally no one who takes responsibility or even listens to concerns. It's been over six months, and I still haven’t received any update or revert regarding my refund. If you want to experience the worst living and customer service experience in Bangalore, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away at all costs.

Since I've been residing at FF21-PMC for about a year, I've seen as the surroundings worsen month after month. The services are appalling for the rent that the management is gobbling up. 1. Never changing is the linen or bed sheet. The sheets will be switched and brought to your room for you to use. They will provide you with dirty, unwashed bedding, and when questioned, they have no accountability. 2. The communal kitchen is an absurdity. There are hardly any utensils available for use by regular people. There is no cleaning solution provided for you to wash the two sauce pans they give you. According to the "policy," they are not required to offer vim bars or gel, and they must hold an internal discussion before making a decision regarding something as fundamental as hygiene. PS: In the restroom, hand washing is the same. 3. The laundry service is awful! You'd assume that since the clothing are simply destroyed after being laundered, you could just decide not to participate. Obviously, you have the option to refuse receiving clothing, but you will still be required to pay the charge. Update 26th May: Changing my review to 1 star. Management is rude.
