For new customers, Please note this, This pg caretaker who claims to an owner, When giving Rs10000 for pg rent, Rs 2500 for caution deposit, while receiving money He assures that he will return 1000 rupees as return and once you start asking the money when you vacate, then he will accuse that you smoked weed and put other false claim, So I would suggest another pg with fair dealing and managing.
