“No hot water on weekdays No water on weekends Dirty Water cans are still not changed First Washing machine is damaged Washing machine is not periodically cleaned Dinning table is not cleaned from long, it should be wipe everyday. Garbage is not thrown My room is not cleaned from 2-3 days. Room should be cleaned every alternate days. Cleaner not visited bathroom from many days. Food is coming so late Wifi is getting stuck in office meetings.”

“I don’t know who is leaving 5 star reviews here, this place clearly doesn’t deserve it. I have stayed here for a couple of weeks now and here’s the problems: 1. Parcels get stolen without video evidence capturing what happened. 2. Cockroaches in the room. No hygiene maintained at all. The staff could not be more irresponsible. 3. The door doesn’t lock. And surprisingly any key works for opening any room. Major security issue. On top of that the cupboard doesn’t lock. 4. Electricity loss atleast 3-4 times a day. 5. Bhuvan the caretaker doesn’t pick up. Yesterday I saw the staff playing around with their motorcycles when should be working. 6. Half of the times there’s no water in the morning. No hot water, the staff just turn off the centralised water heater when they like it. 7. 2 Refrigerators and 3 washing machines for a 7 floor dormitory is clearly not enough.”

DEEPSHIKHA 2227620★★★★★Worst experience! The staffs here are useless, takes no responsibility for anything! Every other day there is water problem (even after charging extra for water) the lift is unserviceable most of the time . The WiFi doesn’t work and when it does it’s too slow! You have to call the care taker and the staff for drinking water refill and cleaning otherwise they don’t do it! The customer support team is also of no use! If you are okay to survive without water, cleanliness and WiFi ,and the worst management and staff then this will be your paradise!

Farheen Soudagar★★★★★The zolo maple experience is worst . Everyday we have to waste our time calling the staff for cleaning purpose , maintenance issues and water problems. The staff never responds and never accepts the mistakes . The price is too much but it is the worst experience. Not recommended , please do look out for a basic pg I am sure the services are much better than zolo

Papiya Saha★★★★★Too expensive for the service. Water issue prevails every morning. Hot water is an issue. Caretaker and support is bad with their behaviour. Talk about eviction from the property even at the simplest of matters. Someone called Gaurav calls and talks rudely. They keep checking your CCTV for your whereabouts. Gives threat about local policemen intervention.
