“During my visit to the college for my daughter’s admission, I spent about 5 hours in the college, labs, and office spaces observing the people and the culture. 1. Faculty gap: Most HODs and professors lack current industry knowledge and awareness of modern technologies. 2. Unprofessional conduct: Some professors were engaged in making Instagram videos on campus, setting a poor example. 3. Student mindset: None of the students I interacted with spoke about entrepreneurship, innovation, or new technologies. 4. Lack of discipline: Many students were seen outside classrooms during class hours. 5. Misconduct: A staff member named Govindam (exact role unclear) was verbally abusive and made sarcastic remarks toward female students, which was highly inappropriate. These issues, if unaddressed, risk spoiling the culture of the college and may leave students ill-prepared for professional careers. I urge the college management to address these issues and work towards making this college the best in the region.”
