Worst Hotel. No food, no helpers, dirty water in the toilet, electric points are pathetic, Rooms are very bad, white towels are brown in colour, no lift, we have to climb two floors. Door locks are not proper. Overall this hotel must be delisted in any travel app. Room rent of Rs.2500/- not at all acceptable. Health department has to close this hotel on health grounds.

The rooms are clean. But the service and response is very bad. The front office guys were sleeping at 9 AM and howsoever we try to wake them up theu never respond🤣😁 pic enclosed for proof 🤪 Think the Management has to look into it. Also there is no food facility within the Lodge and nothing nearby. Car parking is outside the lodge and not sure if it's safe also. Too expensive for the facility what they provide. They charged us 2500+ for the room. Overall its not worth of money.

The complaimentry breakfast prepared after taken order that also Upma & Pova. The Tea given in paper cup. The Staff's are unprofessional & lack of service hospitality. If going here with family. Please avoid. Considering the amount they charge, which is huge, the service they provide is pathetic. When we booked, there were no water bottles, soap, towels etc and they claim it 3 star. And room was full of cigarette smell. Bathroom/toilets unclean. Only good thing about room was, it's bigger in size. Apart from that nothing was good. It was a bad experience.

Ideally this hotel doesn't deserve any ratings, most irresponsible front office team & service team, they charged for 4 people n 2 pillows provided, asked for 2 extra beds but given 1, when asked they simply say there is a shortage,bedsheets were torned, today morning i asked for towels receiptionsist said will send in 10 mins but for 2 hrs no one turned out, morning 7 am there was no hot water, i went down & enquired at reception then he went and started,after 10 reminders they had give 1 towel in 4 people, no soap, water bottles, phones r not available in the rooms, street dogs & cats are the permanent members of this hotel. TV remote i asked for 2-4 times, then I went to reception & collected,but could not able to on the TV. I stay in many good hotels of these range from last 3 decades but have never experienced such a worst service and on such a poor service there is no regulation, big zero for value for money. I will never stay in such unprofessional dirty hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Very dirty wash rooms. It's an old property not maintained well. Buckets inside the washroom had a thick layer of settled dirt. When I asked to change the bucket, i heard it is the same in all rooms and there is a problem with water. No hot water for bathing. This hotel should be avoided.

This hotel is an old hotel, no towels were provided. No service to rooms. There is a temple beside hotel and they play songs so loud in the early morning that nobody can sleep. No water bottle provided. No phone to call reception. In total there's no service at all. Irresponsible people. Nobody will come back if they have been here once. Atleast am not coming back. That's all

Worst stay on my entire karnataka trip, never seen such worst hotel. Owner is such a pathetic, have instructed receptionist to give only one water bottle even if they stay more than 3days. So ideally I should check in and check out daily to get water bottle or else I’m not eligible 😂 this place is joke for hospitality business.

I've visited the restaurant three to four times. But recently, during my last visit on 8th November, the restaurant started cooking veg and non-veg in the same kitchen. The name written on the board says that it is a pure vegetarian restaurant, but it is not true. I'm a pure vegetarian and I do not want to eat in a veg/non-veg hotel. It doesn't matter whether you cook in two different kitchens, the customers should be known well before he/she has ordered anything. I'm sorry, you lost your customer.

I booked this hotel looking at reviews by Google One thing I would like to say is, this hotel is good for nothing Basic facility like hot water in the morning is issue. And manager Dharmu is like Gunda sitting on sofa relaxing, disconnected telephone lines and least bothered about the customer. I really struggled alot for hot water in cold winter days. I was with family and small kid to make it for long journey. Along with me other guests were also struggling for many other issues. I don't think it is safe and best place to stay in Bagalkot.

Been to restaurant on 08/11/18 with my family. They claim it is a pure veg restaurant, however kitchen was closed due to festival and food was served from Bar and restaurant which is in next building inside same compound. This has broken our trust with the restaurant. Revert to reply: Why would a Pure veg restaurant customer request his food to be served from Nonveg section? This proves restaurant inability to handle situation. We never requested restaurant to serve from Nonveg section.
