“Most of the Google reviews appear fake. The place isn't clean, and it costs too much for what you get. They don't fix problems quickly, and the owners and staff are very rude. They even wanted to charge me extra for help with heavy packages, even though I had recovered from a recent leg fracture. I don't recommend staying here if you want a peaceful experience. Honestly, I wish I could give them a negative rating. So, be careful when you choose a place to stay!”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would have given that. Used to be one of the decent PGs with decent food and services, But now, the owners have severely degraded the food quality and have started extorting the residents of the PG for the rent on baseless grounds. Every month they keep increasing the rent forcing people to search for new accomodation every now and then. And the rent increases are as much as 30-40%. Highly unprofessional behaviour by the owners, wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a longer and peaceful stay. Rooms are also smaller than other PGs and the furnishings are also in bad conditions as compared to other PGs. The owner will trouble you every month for something or the other. They know how to make your stay here a living hell in their PG. Don't fall for the other reviews from some months ago. Make a wise decision!”

“I stayed in this PG for almost 2 and half months. There was no problem with water and area. They come to clean rooms almost daily. They provided food but we barely had food there because the place where the food was kept was unhygienic. The oven was broken. The pg has proper cctv cameras installed but there is noone to monitor it. There is no security guard, and all the room keys are kept in the entrance where anyone can come in and take keys and walk in. There are lot of men in this place. The cleaning guy just barges into your room with the keys if you don't open the door. They said they would start gym by may 2019, but then its july 2019, still it has not been started. The wifi was good but was not working for quite a few days. when we reported to the owners they made excuses like something went wrong etc. we did not get the keys for our room till the end, everytime we ask they would say like they would give us, but nothing happened. the owners were keen in collecting money rather than providing the promised facilities.”

nandana sunil★★★★★This is the worst place that I have stayed ever.The owner, without prior notice ,tells you vacate PG. I had to leave in the evening which she informed.There was no consideration to where I would go, being new in the city and having no family here. There is a basic humaness which is missing. You might be kicked out too. I was staying there for 5 months, regularly paying rent and still asked to shift to a room half the size of a bathroom. They're just greedy people who change rules at any moment. To be completely honest, if I could give 0 stars I would. Just trying to warn anyone who's thinking of getting a room here.

Soniya Johny★★★★★There are rats and enough cockroaches..Rats will come inside your room and even if you complain also owners will not pay attention or do anything. Their attitude is also very bad. You can find enough cockroaches inside almirah. Food is also very pathetic.
