1. No Neatness 2. While entering PG u will get the Wierd Smell 3. Mrng breakfast will finish before 8 Am 4. Lunch will be finish 1 Pm 5. Dinner will be finish before 8 Pm 6. U can able to see the rats, Cockroachs, Bed bugs freely roaming around in rooms and floors 7. U can see the Rats roaming around in the kitchen and there is no proper cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen 8. Owner was rude and if u tell u will vacate from PG he will start triggering u and asking to leave PG and demanding xtra money with any single regret 9. All type of Ciggerate Smells, Ganja and lot of Beer bottles on floor and rooftop 10. No room cleaning on alternative days aswell 11. No Security for your own or personal things 12. camera's and lift won't work and owner won't take any immediate actions on it. 13. For all the 5 Floors there will be one Basic washing machine in PG 14. If u want to have food in PG u have to stand in Queue same like in Jail... 15. If u ask something like u haven't had any food or something Owner will behave rudely with u... I'm regret to inform you that there is no pros in PG After seeing my review if u still want to join in PG it's ur fate and hopefully u won't join in any hosp

Worst pg😡😡🤬🤬🤬, owner behaviour is not good. You have issues, forget it will never going to resolve, my locker didn't have key and I tell him from day one 3 or 4 times, but I left this PG still not fixed. Washing Machine is not working properly. Everywhere full of cockroaches🪳 and bed is full of 🪲 No money refunded from security. Rs: 3000 security. If tell Owner you are leaving PG, his behaviour will chang, become very rude and aggressive. And tell you to pay for next month rent. Worst food, not cleaned, extremely unhygienic kitchen🤢🤮 One day one of my friend got food poisoned, we have to take him hospital at 1 pm Everything is worst about this pg. I stayed there for 2 months, jan & feb 2026.

This is the worst PG I have ever seen. The food is of low quality and made with recycled water. The environment is unhygienic, with cockroaches and mice everywhere in the kitchen and rooms. It's probably the worst food you'll ever eat. The owner doesn't care about the PG's problems. The overall room space is good, and room cleaners visit three times a week, but the cooks are inexperienced. The owner's brother maintains the PG and acts like a gangster. I stayed there for around four months. When I was leaving, I asked for my deposit. He said he would pay me in an hour, but he hadn't paid me for two months. When I went back to ask, he started abusing me and making fake allegations against me and my friend. After a lot of arguments, he finally paid my deposit. Additionally, there are lots of bed bugs which caused me a skin allergy. I decided to leave this PG in May 2024 because of bad food, which caused severe food poisoning to both cooks, and they were admitted to the hospital for five days. Strangers enter your room and start smoking and drinking alcohol. If we complain to the PG owner, he says it was their previous room, so they can enter. It's better to consider other good PGs apa

One of the worst experiences of my entire life till date. Read this carefully if you are planning to join here. I wonder how they got the licenses to run this filthy Hostel. They are damaging the health of all the people staying there. They have two PGs in that same area. One with the name AKR and the other one didn't have any board but on Google maps you can find it with the name 'New luxury PG'. Right from day one we faced multiple serious issues here. #1) I swear to god, this is by far the worst food that I had. #2) No clean drinking water, their water purifier doesn't work, we checked the TDS of the water and it matched that of tap water (300). #3) Room maintainance is not done for days. #4) Bathrooms are disgusting. #5) Room were filled with cockroaches, countless bed bugs and other insects. We suffered with health issues because of bed bug bites and dirty drinking water. You can find an inch of dust on top of wardrobes. Bedbugs and their tiny eggs were present all over the room, mattress, cart, walls, wardrobe, floor, ceiling, inside the bed caps and even underneath the bed legs. At the end of the month when we were leaving, they didn't gave our refundable deposit. The

I faced a lot of health issues; the food is very bad. Honestly, they really don't care about the people staying in the PG. It's totally unhygienic. The owner told everyone that the PG is good, cleaning every day, and the food is good. Don't hope for anything; they lied to everyone. The PG is maintained by one family members who are all money-minded. They took 2000 as an advance and never returned it to anyone. They blamed the people for not informing them one month in advance. I suffered from severe stomach pain, and they didn't care about the food at all. Don't join the PG; if you join you'll feel like me after just a week of joining. Kind reminder!

Worst pg in btm. Never ever stay here. NEVER. The owner is a fraud. He just wants to eat money. His behaviour is cruel. The pg Owner can be included in the world's most nonsense people alive on earth. If you are joining this pg you'll regret it for sure. He took my 21k for single sharing and now after 10 days one more guy is there in my room. Haram ka paisa kha rha hai. Not even deserve 1 start. He didn't returned the deposit 5k. And behaviour is just not acceptable. 10 days I stayed in double sharing after paying 16k as rent for single sharing. Cleanness is just pathetic. I myself brought harpic for tha washroom cleaning, still not cleaned. Cockroaches are everywhere, cockroaches are there in your cupboard, on your bed. Everywhere. I used to put my clothes inside a pouch that I brought for 250rs in order to keep my belongings safe. Never leave your keys there when you are outside. He will definitely peek in your room to show your rooms to others. He showed me a different room on 27th june and said to shift on 1st evening. And what happens? Very, very worst PG I have seen in my entire life in Bangalore. It’s not a real PG; they are running a pig farm in the name of a PG, treating everyone like pigs. I don’t know what they are doing there—everyone vacates within one month, and they don’t even think about refunding the advance amount. Food is another major issue; they serve it as if we are animals. Sometimes, it even causes food poisoning. The most highlighted part is that the PG is fully infested with bed bugs. If you go there, sleepless nights are guaranteed. Don’t go there—it’s a suicide mission.

It's right near IQRA school by the name 'Esha PG for gents' just one building after he has another PG. Both are worst
