“The worst PG I have ever seen. I wonder how it could get 4 stars. It's just worth for zero stars. Sharing my 2 months of experience at this PG. To be honest and wishing no more to get into this hell. The only thing is this PG is having the lowest rent among that whole area, paid 7.5k for 3 sharing. But that's also not worth in the sense , they doesn't maintain cleanliness, from the reception area to the room , kitchen, self kitchen.. everything is simply mess. And very rude behavior from Bayyas and very irresponsible Owner.And the dirty cooking ambience. I won't suggest this PG to anyone if the rent is also less. Even the Wifi was not getting proper to all rooms.”

“Worst experience. First the rent and deposit maintenance is different for everyone and there is no fixed thing. The food is tasty but a person can't eat potato in every dish. Moreover there is no security for the things they get stole many times and there is no proper security camera service. TV is just for decoration and they don't charge it and asks us to charge it. Moreover in any urgency if you want to vacate they will ask you to pay full rent and expect us to inform before 1 month. I stayed there for only 1 month but had to pay 2 more month full rent just because of luggage. They ask money for everything. When one of my frnd was packing luggage on behalf of me they asked to pay money to open cupboard. The person mentioned there is no duplicate key where as other person they used duplicate key. So they don't have duplicate key for all cupboards. The washing machine is also namesake it doesn't cleans anything. Don't recommend this pg to anyone who is planning to live there for short term bcz you will end up paying more than anything.”

Nisha Pinto★★★★★Food is pathetic always potato in the dish .no action is taken for robbery twice my things were stolen once from the fridge n once from the lobby .Cc camera is of no use no action is taken at all.Rooms r gd n well designed .Had informed the owner n the man incharge there about the robbery but no action is taken .It was a very bad experience .Cc camera is for name sake n for formality sake .

gopika s nair★★★★★Actually a kannada PG ...the people here knows only hindi and kannada...with food a small room of 3 costs 6000 per person ...it's safe with lift facility ..food is mostly north indian based ...near itpl building ...south indian people may not feel comfortable with the way of cooking ..but apart from food...pg is good ..has a small basic gm..a small washing machine for clothes ..a small cloth drying place..not bad completely ...if you need help contact me ...
