The PG looks good only from the outside, but the interior condition is very poor as shown in the photos. Food quality is bad and hygiene is not maintained. Rooms, washrooms, and common areas are not cleaned properly, and overall maintenance is poor. The owner’s behavior is not good and is irresponsible when residents raise issues or complaints. The PG is located in a hill area with limited public transport, so a private vehicle is almost necessary. The area is not suitable for students and daily commuting becomes difficult. Overall, this PG is not worth the rent and is not recommended for students.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with. Panchavati sri Anjeneya Luxury pg and its owner, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make an informed decision. Firstly, the condition of the PG was far below acceptable standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty walls and broken furniture. Despite promises of regular cleaning, the common areas were often filthy, and the bathrooms were in a perpetual state of disrepair. Moreover, the amenities listed during the initial tour were either non-functional or non-existent. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the laundry facilities were frequently out of order, and there was a constant shortage of hot water. These issues made daily living highly inconvenient and uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the behavior and attitude of the owner. From the outset, they were unresponsive and dismissive of concerns. When approached about the maintenance problems, their responses ranged from indifference to outright hostility.
