Worst place to spend your money. If you are rich enough and have extra money then spend to baggers near temple not on this stay. Food served is smelly and stay is booked for 2Pm check in they provided us to 3PM. Already asked from early checking in first they told YES they will provide then refuse after reaching there and waited for extra 1 hour delay in providing the clean room.

Honest Review of the Resort If you're booking this place based on Instagram or old Google reviews — think again. Pros: The only good part is the beautiful view. It’s right next to the backwaters with peaceful surroundings, birds chirping, and boats passing by. Reception staff were polite and responded quickly to complaints. Cons: The infinity pool was dirty and unusable. Food was just okay, and outside food is not allowed. Plus, the resort is far from any good restaurants. Rooms were in poor condition — bad smell, stained bedsheets, dirty bathrooms, broken flush, and no proper hot water. All the free activities like boating and fishing were shut due to the monsoon. Common areas need better maintenance. We paid ₹4,000 per night, but it’s not worth even ₹1,000 except for the view. There are much better hotels in Udupi for half the price. Please check recent reviews before booking.

We recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. One of the major issues we faced was with the food service — we ordered Paneer Chilly but were mistakenly served Chicken Chilly. This is not only unacceptable for dietary or religious reasons but also reflects a serious lapse in attention and care. Additionally, the room provided to us was not clean. The bed was untidy, the washroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and overall hygiene was lacking. We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and service, especially given the resort's advertised reputation. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both hospitality and basic cleanliness for future guests.

It seems like the management cannot take criticism and prefers that only the person who booked should write the review. So here I go, continuing from my wife Surekha’s review. We booked the hotel directly through the number provided on their website, and no one mentioned that the activities wouldn’t be available at the time of our stay. Isn’t it expected from a customer-centric resort to inform us about such things? To be fair, the reception staff and the manager were really helpful. Since it was a weekday, they showed us different rooms and let us pick one. As we were mainly there for the view, we chose the room with the best view. Unfortunately, the room had a foul smell – probably because the curtains hadn’t been washed in ages. When we asked about it, they said it was due to poor ventilation and that it would go away after we turned on the AC. We agreed to try that, but even after two hours, the smell was still there. The room freshener (courtesy of the reception staff) only worked for about 30 minutes, and after that, I literally felt like puking (room p4). We went back to the reception and asked for a room change, which they happily arranged. But soon, we realised that som

We arrived in the evening and the first impression was really disappointing. Kitchen was closed and the staff was also not serving drinks. But People were kind and reopened kitchen and also were offering to purchase drinks from outside. Fishing platform is equipped poorly so that that it doesn’t make sense to fish. Room is big but old and dirty (found insects in the bed). Room cleaning will not happen. They just refresh towels and water. Bathroom has to be renewed and things like shower was dangerous in terms of sharp surface of rusted Iron. I got an injury due of that and hotel was not able to do first aid because of first aid was not available. Location is really nice but difficult to reach because of the narrow street but possible. Because of the high concentration of birds the hotel stuff is using crackers which are really loud. They don’t inform you before they are doing this even if you sit close to the cracker. This was a really bad experience.

This property is not even eligible for 1 star rating. Please please do not go to this place. All the good ratings were given 5 years ago. It’s has lot of issues Premium room does not have any premium facilities, AC does not works, if it work they it makes lot of sound, you will see rats everywhere, sometimes dead rats in front of your room, swimming is there for name sake. Location only looks good in pictures. I don’t recommend this property at any cost to anyone.

One of the worst resorts!!! Positives: 1. The only positive thing is the location. Negatives: 1. Very Poorly maintained rooms. smelly room and linens, damaged furniture, low quality mattresses, damaged furniture. Plug sockets don't work. 2. Below average food. 3. Poorly maintained swimming pool. Our eyes were burning after using the pool. There is no kids section in the pool. 4. Too many crows and badly maintained property with bird poop all over the property. 5.. The approach road to the resort is very narrow. Only one vehicle can come. Please plan accordingly if you still want to visit after reading our experience. I would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone.Not at all worth for the price they are charging.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! We booked our stay at this resort, drove 10 long hours with four kids, only to arrive and find out they had double-booked our room. Not only was this a huge inconvenience, but the staff showed absolutely no remorse or willingness to help. Their attitude was dismissive, and they didn't offer any solutions, let alone an apology or compensation. We were left stranded with no place to stay after a long, exhausting drive. The lack of customer service was shocking. We will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

We chose this resort based on its 4+ rating on Google but our experience was far from what we expected. The resort was extremely poorly maintained. We booked four rooms for our group of four families and three of the rooms had worms on the beds. When we were given new rooms, they were extremely dusty. We decided to cancel the booking. Apart from the location, there was nothing good about this resort. It completely ruined our trip. The resort is not worth of 8k. We managed to get Paradise Isle and UVA Meridian half of the price.

We had stayed in this resort for 2 days, check in time is 2pm but checked late & rooms had lot of issues. Very old rooms which are not maintained properly. Wet floors, when you flush it returns back. Yak... No shower curtains . When we pay premium price we expect good rooms , amenities & food. None of the games can be used as everything is spoiled, again no maintenance. No doubt location is good. But definitely not worth staying here. They promote as spa resort but none available. See the condition of the fountain have posted with pic. Pool not maintained had rashes all over. They also told few complimentary water sports but didn't honor. Think twice before you book.
