Horrible experience I recieved,simply horrible...how a hotel can give room accomodation system while their construction work is going on. Entire day they told within some time the labours will leave, but the labour are working continuously,after the tedious journey we needed to take leave,entire afternoon on upper floor they continued the construction work..we got headache,our total mysore trip got spoiled for this accomodation.

It was my worst experience. They accepted booking for in total 7 persons including 5 adults and 2 kids into 2 rooms. But they were not equipped to accommodate 7 persons in 2 rooms. On questioning or asking for help no proper resolution was provided , I had to sleep on floor as a servant. This was the most awful experience I had with them.

Only the location is good, not at all worth the price the rooms are not ready on time and towels take another hour to deliver. Lift takes forever to come down and upon coming down the service boy again closes it and note the lift was full of dirty towels. Overall very poor servive, nothing is luxurious about the hotel.

I Stayed in Royal Tusker on 1st July 2023, we booked 2 Rooms for 6 Members , they have provided 1 king size bed in 1 Room and 1 Queen Size bed in another rooms which is very uncomfortable, We requested to give different Rooms but they did not considered our Request and it was horrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone who wish to Stay here. Just looking into website don’t book in Royal Tusker. It’s my Honest openinon.

Worst experience ( I didn't stay at the place ) Writing review based on my telephonic conversation. Asking 3k for 1 night stay that too without breakfast. Also their checkin timings are not 24 hours. What should people who arrive early do. When explained that Government High court has made a rule to provide 24 hours checkin regardless of any hotel he is shamefully speaking I don't care you speak with the government. Such people don't deserve to be in the hospitality industry also these people set a bad example of Indians.

We never expected such a bad hospitality and arrogance from the staff. We drove all the day and we could not even get a proper AC working room that day. Sleepless night. Most of the bathrooms don't have locks or working properly. Very disappointed.

Not sure if it safe though * Easy Access: The hotel enjoys a convenient location. * In-Room Entertainment: Rooms feature large televisions. * Quality Amenities: Guests can appreciate the provision of good quality toiletries. Cons: * Limited Dining Options: Nearby restaurants options are scarce, with only two small local cafes available. * Unusable Pantry: The pantry area is unhygienic and therefore unusable. * Compact Accommodations: Rooms and bathrooms are both on the smaller side.

Location: Good. Close to markets and good restaurants. Outside food was also allowed via Swiggy. Room: Great interiors. Kettles, coffee and tea pouches provided. Spacious bathroom with good fixtures. Service: Needs to be improved. Asked for a fresh towel twice but didn't get it even after 1 hour. On checkout when I told about this incident, they said that the personnel was having breakfast. It takes only a minute to provide a fresh towel, it's not like they need to stitch it from scratch. I had to leave in hurry for airport and due to their delayed service, I could not get ready at all. Also water went away in between. Came back after 15 mins. Recommendation: Apart from the above mentioned issues, it was fine. For a short stay it's a good hotel.

Pros : Excellent location. Newly constructed with good interiors. Serive guy Mr Prejwel was very helpful. Cons : Suite room was quiet cramped. Expected a bit bigger space and same goes with washroom too. Way to underground parking is not properly designed as it may damage the chassis of car. Overall a decent stay!!!

We stayed in service apartment no. 304. The pictures sent to us were of a big and artistic apartment but when we went there we were surprised to see the room. Although the apartment was good, it was very compact especially the bedroom with not much space to move unlike the pictures sent to us before arriving. The change of apartment was not informed to us by the lady through whom we booked. The washroom had no mosquito net hence the entering of mosquitoes, flies etc in a large number was frequent. We would suggest to be very clear about the room shown in pictures. Also material used to wash utensils was not provided to us at first but we had to ask for it. There is no washing machine too. All these basic equipments and materials are to be kept as it is an apartment and not a hotel room.

Nice apartments, Has all the facilities like , TV, Microwave, Fridge, Induction, kettle etc. Very neat and well maintained. Rooms are little congested. They should provide sofa cum bed in the living room. as there is very less space for extra bed. Food we have to order through Swiggy or Zomato .

Stayed with my wife and kid (10-year old). The pros first:||1. Bed is good|2. Its a new establishment, so its clean.|3. Decent pricing, so slightly light on the pocket.|4. Has open parking next to its place, which is separate (NOTE: at night, lot of vehicles get parked, one in front of another, so - if by chance you have an emergency, this could be a challenge and this 'pro' can become a big 'con' for you)|5. Nice TV which has youtube as well (google TV)||Cons:||1. Deluxe room, which I booked via booking.com is not for 2 adults and a kid - this is very specific for 2 adults only|2. Extra bed is bad.|3. Bathroom shower knob was tough to operate (room number 502).||If you are travelling as 03 members, ideally pick up suites, a family of 04 can pick up a 1 bedroom apartment, and there is an option to get even a 02 bedroom apartment. So we will try this again sometime, but not sure. There are so many hotels in Mysuru to continue trying :-)
