The facilities are absolutely pathetic. The vegetarian food provided twice a day was disgusting, unhygienic, and not even edible. Rooms were filthy and hardly cleaned—sometimes not once in a week. Hot water was rarely available, with endless excuses about ‘technical issues.’ Constant noise from outside made it impossible to get any sleep. The management only cares about collecting rent and has zero regard for the residents’ wellbeing. It’s been a horrible, frustrating experience. Don’t trust the fake positive reviews on Google—they’re misleading.

This PG is very worst PG, good reviews are fake reviews, that reviews are done by PG owner and their friends, Please don't believe that PG , Hanumath reddy review is completed fake, you can't even eat one tym food in that pg , please don't join this pg , they are not maintained hygiene, full and full of money minded owner she won't respect the boys stayed in that pg , please don't join this pg, food all are worst, rooms are also not hygiene, food iss very very worst, If you complain about that food means she will tell " For this Amount we will provide this quality food only, if you want to eat means eat or else go out" this same statement only she will tell to us , for you also same statement only. But in the Google reviews, she telling her friends to put fake review about her PG . That hemanth review is one of the incharge in that pg , please don't believe like that fake reviews. For my review also she will mention " You are not stayed in her PG , my review is fake , and some bla bla bal " she will definitely tell like this only, Guys please don't join that pg very very worst PG. I had a very disappointing experience at this PG. The maintenance is poor, and the food quality is extremely subpar, especially the morning meals. Additionally, the washing machine is not included in the rent and requires extra payment to use The cleaning is somewhat okay, but overall, the facilities do not justify the rent of ₹7000 per month. I also ended up spending an additional ₹5000 on outside food due to the poor quality of meals provided here. Whenever I raised these concerns with the owner, they was said that it is not possible to provide better food for the amount you pay, which is ₹50 per day. However, I know of other PGs that charge the same amount but offer much better services and food quality. This response from the owner was quite disheartening. I believe this PG does not offer value for the price being charged, and my experience here has been far from satisfactory. Additionally, I have noticed that the owner often responds to reviews with dismissive remarks, such as questioning the mental health of reviewers or denying that they are tenants. I would appreciate it if my concerns could be addressed more professionally

I stayed in a two-sharing accommodation for four or five months, paying ₹8,000 per month with an advance of ₹3,000, out of which ₹1,500 was non-refundable. The experience was not worth it, as I faced hot water issues more than ten times. Whenever I raised a complaint, the owner did not resolve it; instead, they gave unreasonable excuses and told me to vacate the room. This seems to be a scam, as they tend to force tenants to leave after raising multiple concerns, ensuring they profit from the non-refundable amount. Many people have left within one or two months due to similar issues. The WiFi connection was extremely poor, making it impossible to attend meetings. The food provided was very limited, and even basic items like sabji were not served a second time. The owner was highly money-minded, going to the extent of using just one packet of curd to make buttermilk for the entire building, which was mostly diluted with water. I personally asked the cooking guy about this, and I even saw him pouring just one packet of curd while preparing the buttermilk. He confirmed that this was their usual practice. Despite paying ₹8,000 per month, the services provided were not worth the cost.

Very worst Pg in the Whole Bangalore. Because we need to pay 150 separately for washing machine everytime we use. They won't provide dinner on Sunday night. Unhygienic cooks. They won't take any actions untill repeatedly said many times. Its not worth even 1 star. For the money you pay there is many better Pg's that will provide free Washing machine.

worst PG in JP nagar area...If you rise any complaints they will ask you to leave immediately...Food quality is poor....through out the month you might need to eat in hotel. cleaning done once in a week. there are other good pg in JP nagar area....just look for it...(my brother is staying in your PG..if person staying in PG give any negative comments you are asking to vacate PG...that why person staying here not putting any review and Advance is 3k if we are vacating in 1 month 1.5k will be given back that's why people used to stay atleast somedays)

Pros- Cleanliness of rooms is maintained 3 times in a week and breakfast is really good. Cons- 1. The management does not bother about providing the services mentioned while joining the PG. I was facing hot water issues from day one of my stay here. (Room No. SS19). It was being told that hot water will be available from morning 6am to 10am. Never used to get hot water in my room. Despite raising the concerns multiple times with the manager (Shantaraj), the issue was not all resloved. I would have appreciated at least an effort from management to resolve the issue. 2. The rice is not boiled properly. (Purely my opinion). 3. There are too many timing constraints in this PG. Washing machine can be used only for fixed timings, breakfast, lunch and dinner etc. I just felt as if I have entered college hostel. 4. The discussion happened to pay 10,000 rent for 1 sharing room. When I called the Owner, she said 11,000 room is available just 2 days before arriving to bangalore. I had to agree as I had already paid 5000 advance to them. 5. I would recommend people to visit PG and enquire with other people staying here and then to pay any amount to the management.

This is worst pg I have ever seen and the owner is selfish. And her behaviour is 🤮🤮🤮 no hot water 24/7 service is too bad power cut will be there and if u use high power products in the room for example iron box kettle then the power will be tripped . Finally coming to the cook he is the guy who feels pg belongs to him plz don't join guys firstly she said she will give advance back if there is lockdown also again she is changing words the owner contacted and asked me to delete the review and I have not done that so she is adding masala and spices which are not true 😅😅 every one know who skipped the advance and ure pg is not worth for money
