Don't give the deposit. Because you will not get it back when you vacate. Owner is a cheater. He never returned the deposit to anyone. He will not respond to any calls or messages. I have been struggling for more than 2 months to get my money back. Pg is full of bed bugs. He is never taken care. I have stayed there for more than 2.5 years. I struggled with bugs for nearly one year and spend lot of money for remedy. I have filed a official complaint on him.

Worst PG, I have seen in kempapura area guys just don't go on ratings as ratings are far before from start of PG. Worst food and maintenance, they say they clean rooms daily but the washroom will be cleaned once in a week, and people staying in 4 sharing will have many hygiene issues. On weekends people will wait for their turn to get washing machine for washing as there is only one washing machine. Owner promised parking but he will not allow us to keep bikes inside. Just don't make tenants fools. Just focus on improvement.

There is no parking for bikes and There is only 1 washing machine in whole building. There is no food quality and quantity because owner told me that he will spend 2500 Rs per day only for food in building 50 members are there. about owner, he will talk rubbish some times.

In twin sharing, you need to share bathroom with 4 people. There are 2 rooms and bathroom is common for both rooms. Also entry to 2nd room is from 1st room so no privacy for room 1 person.
