I stayed at this homestay for a weekend, and to be very honest, it was one of my worst travel experiences. I travel every couple of months and have explored most places across Karnataka, but I’ve rarely come across a property so poorly maintained. The rooms and surroundings were unhygienic, and the service was extremely disappointing. While the pricing might seem reasonable, the basic expectations of good food and cleanliness were not met. To make matters worse, when I politely enquired about the unavailability of food, the owner reacted with agitation, made faces, and even used foul language. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

My own experience... I came here thinking that something was very nice in my imagination. But the atmosphere here is not like that. There is no one to talk to us properly. The reason for the deterioration of the mind is that the pool water is dirty. There is no home stay atmosphere. They treated it like a lodge.

One of the worst stays I've ever had. The property is good but not well maintained. The rooms are dirty. The washrooms are disgusting. The washroom looks the same even when asked to clean. The food quality was bad. There is no one to take care of the guest. Don't go by the owner sweet talks, he doesn't even try to fulfill one promise he makes when you call home for booking. The property and the service is not worth 2250/- per person. You will have to ask for food multiple times, every time they ask for 5 minutes. I had asked for a mosquito repellent. The owner started to explain the life cycle of mosquitoes and how there are no mosquitoes in the rainy season 😁. Over-all it was one holiday that was ruined.

Place is good for sure.. If your visiting please be more specific and ask room pic and details that would be provided during the stay. And also the cost 2000 per hear per day is not worth it. It was big mess as they combine bachelor's team with family and end up staying like in fish market with noise till 12.15am midnight bachular party... when the combine like this u end up better stay at home than going there... Also please be more specific with what u want for food. Else u end up eating upma for breakfast by paying such huge amount per day which is not worth... This is basically bachelor's who want to drink and eat, this is good place...

Not worth 2k per person. Food is below average. Very limited options if you are asking for an extra starter and that you have to pay per plate. We selected this by Google reviews and swimming pool but it looks like Google reviews are given by owner friends and family. MOST OF THE REVIEWS FELT FAKE AFTER VISITING.
