⭐☆☆☆☆ “False Promises, No Licence, Zero Safety Extremely bad experience – please read before booking. I joined this PG with a 4-month agreement but within a week the owner asked me and my roommate to find another PG because a couple was ready to pay more. This was never disclosed at the time of joining. The PG is advertised as “co-living” but actually out of ~68 residents only 4 are women. Such details were not shared in advance. At 10:45 pm one night the owner brought a couple to show our room and directly asked when we’d vacate, which was very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I raised concerns, the owner communicated rudely and unprofessionally. I had to call the police for help; when they arrived we found out the PG does not even have a valid licence. Despite vacating, the owner refused to refund my full advance (₹4,000) — I got only ₹2,000 back after arguing. Overall this PG is misleading, unsafe, and badly managed. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Don't be fooled by the new building. While the maintenance is decent, living here is a total waste of money. The rent is extremely high and absolutely does not justify the service. The biggest issue is the food—it’s terrible quality and they even limit the portions, so you often leave the table hungry. It feels like they are overcharging for a 'new' look while failing at the basic necessities. Save your money and look for a place that actually treats its residents well."
