One off the Worst behaviour that Ladi,,Booked a room and cancelled it. I Please owner, you need to pay attention to this, otherwise no customer will come to you. Worst experience ever. no hygiene, no proper care, and absolutely no respect for guests. The stay is overpriced for the kind of service they provide. The receptionist behaves as if she’s the owner — says one thing over the phone and changes the story after check-in. Highly disappointing. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Hot water is a myth here, they told me hot water is available for 24 hrs, which is true but water was not even lukewarm. Not proper toiletries were available except soap. They are not providing a complementary water bottle. When I asked for tissue paper they said we don't have it.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel during my visit to Hosapete. This experience was far below even the most basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. - Bugs in the room: I found insects crawling around, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. - Rat sighting: Shockingly, I also encountered a rat and rat feces in the room. This is utterly unacceptable for any accommodation, no matter the price or location. - Overall hygiene: The general cleanliness of the hotel was appalling and nowhere near acceptable. This stay was beyond disappointing.

The worst experience I have ever faced booking through Agoda. In the first place when we reached the place and asked for room details they gave me a shock of the day stating that my booking was not reflecting,then I had to call up a person my name Satish and share all my booking details and after one hour they gave me the room which was not booked as per my requirement. I had no other choice and had to go ahead. Once I checked into the room there was another shocking awaited after sometime,we could see small cockroaches all over the room coming out and also in the bathroom. And there is no proper parking facility for your costly cars.I had to wait for nearly 1 hour to get a parking. Overall a very bad experience. Please do not stay in this place and waste your money and holiday time.

The place looks nice, but room we were there for three days and rooms where never cleaned. The towels where tattered and stained. ||||Checkout is 9am||||At the end of our stay we were taking a night bus back and so we asked if we could use a room briefly to freshen up in during the evening. They charged us 600 rupees and there was vomit/ diarrhoea in the toilet. Won’t be returning.

Ambience, cleanliness, rooms were good. The staff are terrible and more over cheaters. The boy took money for our orders and did not give us the bill nor the right change. After tracking him down and questioning him for sometime he gave the bill and he had the 300 RS change in his pocket which he conveniently robbed it from us in open daylight. This is just not acceptable and will never recommend this place to anyone even for a day. Luckily we were here less than 24 hours.

Extremely unprofessional.. Had booked 2,3 bedroom, the hotel staff gave 1 and gave and another with double. When asked for extra cot, they not only denied but also created so much fuss just for 8 hrs. Last time I had stayed in pai residency which is much better staffed and also courteous

Very pathetic service.. someone from staff stole my belongings and hotel management was least bother after complaining.. later got to know that this kind of incident is frequent and nobody cares from hotel.. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Regular room cleaning also not done.. some weird smell in room AC not working properly. 1/2 star

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. They say something on call and denied when we reached there. We have confirmed for check-in at 9AM. But when we reached there they said no rooms are available. Despite of talking they were shouting like hell. I would never recommend this hotel.
