It is the worst PG I have ever seen. The owner is very arrogant, and the PG manager is very toxic. They ask for rent before the month starts, and when you leave the PG, they do unnecessary things to avoid returning the balance amount or they charge extra. The PG owner and manager are not good at all. Please don’t join this PG you will regret it once you do.

I had a terrible experience staying here. The facilities were nothing like what was promised. they only care about money, not the comfort or safety of the people staying. There were frequent power cuts, If you raise a complaint, they either ignore you or give excuses. It’s all about false advertising and overcharging.Please do NOT fall for their sugar-coated words or pictures — they are completely misleading. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. There are much better options out there

The PG used to be well-managed, but things changed for the worse after the caretaker was replaced and a new receptionist was hired. Also, the walls tend to leak during the rainy season.

Better go to another PG or stay in a flat, would not recommend this pg as the rules are very strict as if we were in highschool Reason 1.food used to be very good before but now it is terrible both South Indian and north Indian dishes.i have to purchase food often as the food provide sometimes can't be consumed. 2.lift service has restrictions,i live on the top floor and have to climb 5 floor since the lift is only operated for 3-5 hours a day
