“Very disappointing experience – not recommended. Mark My words here. I would strongly advise students to think twice before choosing Stay Grand Boys PG near JSSATE on Dr Vishnuvardhan Road. My Son stayed here and had a very poor overall experience, mainly due to the food quality, living conditions, and high rent. Because of these ongoing issues, he eventually vacated and moved to a rented house, which has been a much better and more comfortable option. The PG charges exorbitant rent compared to what is being provided, and since it’s one of the very few boys PGs in this area (surrounded mostly by girls’ PGs), there seems to be very little competition, which reflects in how the place is managed. Some major concerns: • Food quality is very poor, and tenants/Students are forced to pay for food with no option to opt out. • The accommodation is not worth the price being charged. • The washing machine is in bad condition and does not clean clothes properly. • The water supply is borewell water, which is quite hard and not suitable for bathing or drinking. Even though RO water is available, it still depends on the same source. • There is a lack of responsiveness and basic courtesy from th”

Chiranth Gowda★★★★★This is the worst PG ever. I don’t even want to give it 1 star. The food is very bad, there is no proper cleaning or hygiene, and rats roam around the kitchen at night. Nothing is kept clean, and the management is extremely poor and irresponsible. Overall, it was a very bad experience staying here i will never ever recommend anyone to come here its better to stay on Railway station or on Road rather than stayingint this Pg Before coming never ever talk to owner Talk to people who is staying there

Akash Singh★★★★★I stayed at this PG for a while, and for one of the most expensive options in the area, it’s honestly impressive how consistently it manages to disappoint. Let’s start with the food, which is easily the highlight—for all the wrong reasons. It’s so bad that many residents have simply stopped eating it and regularly skip meals. There used to be a proper menu from the previous management, but that seems to exist only for display now. In reality, most meals are reduced to rice and sambar, and even that sambar is mostly water with little to no substance. Sabjis are rarely provided anymore. When multiple residents raised concerns, the response from the owner was refreshingly straightforward: *“If you don’t like the food, you can leave the PG.”* Problem solved, apparently. Cleanliness is another area where expectations are truly “redefined.” Rooms and common areas are not maintained properly, housekeeping is minimal at best, and cockroaches are a regular part of the living experience. Facilities advertised are also more theoretical than practical. There is no proper power backup despite it being promised. The fridge situation is equally well-managed—one fridge for two buildings, often

Mahi Singh★★★★★I don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing my brother stay here for a few months, I felt this needs to be said—especially for other parents and siblings considering this place. From the outside, it looks like a decent and slightly premium PG, but the reality inside is very different. The food situation is honestly shocking. My brother often told me he skips meals because he just can’t eat what’s served. There may be a menu somewhere, but it’s clearly not followed. Most days it’s just plain rice with very watery sambar, and proper sabjis are almost never given. When he and others tried to raise this, they were told something along the lines of, “If you’re not comfortable, you can find another place.” That response was quite disappointing to hear. Another thing that stood out to me when I visited was the lack of cleanliness. The rooms didn’t feel well-maintained, and I even noticed insects, which is not something you expect at this price point. From what I understand, regular housekeeping isn’t really ensured either. Basic facilities also don’t seem to match what is promised. Power backup is unreliable or unavailable, which can be difficult during outages. There is also a sha
