Our experience at Stone Hills was deeply disappointing. The food was average at best, and the service was just okay. Dinner was not prepared on-site; it was ordered from their restaurant located elsewhere and arrived after more than an hour. This delay was especially frustrating as our 6-year-old child was extremely hungry. While the coffee was good, the rest of the breakfast was below average. The room itself had issues. The bedsheets had visible lint and dirt, which we had to request to be replaced, this was done promptly. However, the washbasin was leaking and was never fixed, despite being reported. Some activities were misleadingly presented. The staff-led trek was good, but horse riding was grossly overpriced at ₹300 for just 300 metres. The jeep ride was charged at ₹1,250 per head, even though it was initially communicated as being part of the package. Had we known this upfront, we would not have chosen this place. Coming from Kerala, this experience was not particularly enjoyable, though our son did have some fun. At night, there was no bonfire or barbecue, which further added to the disappointment. What was most disturbing was an incident involving Prasanna, the mana

You can enjoy a very close-up view of Stone Hill; however, I recommend this place only to those who enjoy camping and sitting by a campfire. Aside from that, the room condition falls below expectations; as it is a prefabricated container structure, there is absolutely no soundproofing. Breakfast (Indian-style) is served after 9:00 AM, and you can expect to encounter bugs—plus, it sounds like mice are playing soccer right above your head. Nevertheless, the scenery is lovely, and the host is friendly.

Not a pet friendly stay and wrong information provided on website and details. They can't maintain website and details properly and saying they are luxury. Think about service if they can't maintain simple website and details properly. Time Waste !!

The only thing good about the place is the natural scenic beauty it offers. The owner will keep reminding u of the discount he has given u willingly if you ask for any service. We were said no for bluetooth speakers. U have to fight for getting the rooms cleaned. Overall a 1 on 10 to this property. The manager Prassana is hardly bothered. The place is safe though.

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Property Manager We had a very unpleasant experience with Stone Hills. We booked through Booking.com with free cancellation available till a day before our stay. Despite this, the property manager called us and rudely demanded that we confirm our stay immediately, threatening to cancel our booking if we didn’t respond by 8 PM. He said he had “100 others waiting” and accused us of “taking advantage” of the cancellation policy. We were genuinely planning to visit, but the tone and attitude were completely off-putting. We’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend. There are plenty of better, more respectful options out there.

There is no road to cover last 1km to the resort. Please avoid if you plan to travel in hatchback or sedan. The room charges are not at all worth the location and amenities. Bathroom has opaque glass doors with no lock. There are lizards in the premium rooms. The bed mattress is for poor quality, difficult to sleep. There is no peacock in the campus. Cutlery is old and not maintained. Limited breakfast option and it's not hygienic.

Extremely disappointing and not pet-friendly — avoid if you’re traveling with a dog. The resort is not suitable for pets — the staff is untrained and unwelcoming toward animals. My dog was served substandard chicken and rice, which led to serious health issues and a vet visit. Staff were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful, asking me to confine my large-breed dog to the room so other guests could enjoy the property — even though I only stepped out briefly during quiet hours. None of the positive reviews mention pet experiences, which is misleading for pet parents. Shockingly, the property manager commented that my dog’s bark was too loud and “scaring people,” which is absurd and discriminatory toward large breeds. To top it off, I received a WhatsApp message from the manager after checkout, requesting I delete my review in exchange for resolving the issue in the future — highly unprofessional. This was one of my worst trips — a complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind. If you love your pet, do not book this place.

I booked Stone Hills and in the last moment was asked to move to another property by the name of La Serene which is their own property. The facilities in this property was nowhere close to what we expected. It took them 90 mins to serve a cup of coffee and tea. The breakfast was so horrible and full of red chilly powder that we ended up having stomach problems. I tried to provide a review on Booking.com and the property tried to play smart and “cancel” my reservation after that :D and claim that I never stayed at their property. Well it is true I didn’t but the management of the property asked me to move somewhere else last minute and hence this review is for Stone Hills

We were looking for some good places to stay for 31. Found this place and called them. They have asked us that you will have to book for 2 days and charged extra 5K for new year rush. The room they suggested was a container home as we were travelling with pet and kid. The Room called NEST. It’s terrible room. No place to move. They simply fraud us by making us book for 2 days it that very tiny suffocating room. Only thing this place has is Nandi hill view, I would not suggest anyone with family to stay here. Worst ever experience. They might fool you through fraud reviews. Please avoid

Terrible experience at Stone Hills. The property is off the main road and there is no paved road to the entrance. For the price we paid, every single amenity offered was below average. The room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival - the floor was dusty and the pillows and towels were stained. There was no guided trek or barbecue, both of which were mentioned as part of the package. There was no reception and the restaurant was barely a restaurant, there were just 4 tables, one of which was a carrom board covered with a table cloth. The dinner is not cooked in-house, it’s ordered from a nearby local restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Just 4 items on the buffet and no freshly prepared options like dosas either. The manager was chatty but did nothing to improve our stay. The only plus is the ambience and the 2 dogs. For the price paid, this “resort” is a complete money-making scam. I would not recommend it at any point to anyone. It is not worth anyone’s time or money.
