Experience at Stanza Living Podolsk House I’ve been staying at Stanza Living Podolsk House and paying a rent of ₹20,000, and the service has been nothing short of terrible. The internet has been unusable for over six months, and despite repeatedly raising complaints, there has been zero resolution. It’s impossible to work or study with this kind of connectivity. To make matters worse, there is no direct number to reach the manager, so every issue turns into a long, frustrating cycle of unanswered tickets and false promises. Even basic services like pest control take more than 48 hours to get any attention. For the amount we’re paying, this level of negligence is unacceptable. The overall management and responsiveness are truly pathetic. I would not recommend Stanza Living Podolsk House to anyone looking for reliable facilities or timely service.

Worst place to stay. Worst management. Lack of proper management. RC keeps changing and are there just for name sake. They Add many hidden charges. For 1 bhk they charge you 3k electricity bill even if you stay there for less than 10 days. Faced water supply issue. Most importantly you will never get your deposit back. I kept calling management and kept following up for 4 months. Still did not receive my deposit.

Scammers !!! Avoid at all costs !! They charge additional 5k as electricity and other charges per month and not provide any documents or bills . When i asked about it to the staff , he said if you cannot afford this , there are pg options available in less happening areas . And there is no proper accountability and you can say good bye to your deposit.

Pathetic stay, a lot of maintenance issue, no one listens or attends call in case of any issue and there are tons of issues. Sales team keep cheating by vowing to provide luxury stay but actual scenario is pathetic.

Ive lived in many places but this has to be the worst of it all. Managment is very irresponsible, they dont solve any issues you ask them to, but will ask rent money immediately every month,threatening they will switch off wifi. Ive been living here 6 months without a window,its noisy, and again... MANAGMENT SUCKS! Wouldnt recommend to anyone..

Every service and facility here is horrible. There are lots of hidden charges .They charge 4k per room for just electricity. When asked for bills and paper proof , no one from management attends calls or mails . Wifi is awful and staff interaction is very rude. These people are literally scammers . Avoid for your own sake .

Good property (beds aren’t the best for the rent they charge). Terrible management. No transparency in calculation of bills. How can a 1BHK cost 2700/- as an electricity bill. More often than not, you’ll spend additional 500-800 in recharging your wifi. Also, extreme lag in providing support for any fixations.

Good property which is fully furnished, some rooms are bigger than others, so make sure you find a decent layout. A bit expensive as it costs 22-26k per month, but overall good experience here.
