This is my overall genuine experience staying in this PG. The owner starts asking for next month’s rent almost 15 days in advance and keeps repeating it every single day during dinner time, even when rent is already paid on time. I have never delayed payment since the day I joined, yet this behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and mentally exhausting. The PG is full of smokers and drinkers, but management seems completely okay with that. However, they have issues with residents peacefully eating food in the space they are actually paying for. Instead of solving real problems, unnecessary restrictions are imposed on people who simply want basic comfort after coming back tired from work. Food quality is honestly very poor, and the dining area feels unhygienic and unpleasant. Still, residents are forced to eat there instead of peacefully eating in their own room. If someone is paying for a place to live, basic freedom and comfort should not feel like a problem. Rooms are comparatively clean, but many roommates lack basic civic sense, and management provides no proper help even after complaints. So far, not a single issue I raised has been properly fixed.
