"Avoid this PG at all costs—they take your money but offer zero accountability, respect, or basic maintenance." I stayed in a single sharing room here for 21k, primarily for the car parking, which turned out to be a massive mistake. The Car Incident: My car was stranded in the basement for over 2 weeks due to unannounced construction. They did not give prior notice about this. The supervisor, Rijwal, was completely unhelpful, and the owner wasn't any better. I eventually had to negotiate with the construction workers myself just to get my car out. At times, they dont even reply to your calls or messages Maintenance Issues: The bathroom flush was not working the entire time. Despite multiple complaints, they only did workaround fixes that never lasted. Deposit Harassment: I gave a proper 30-day notice, yet they refused to refund my deposit on the day I vacated. I was told I’d get it by 9 PM on Feb 1st, but I had to literally chase them past 10 PM to get my own money back. I did not even get proper response to my messages and calls. Do not be fooled by the high ratings; they are all fake. This place is managed by people who only care about your rent, not your safety or comfort.

I have been staying here for the past 6 months and overall, the experience has been good. The premises are well-maintained, the gym facilities are decent, and the security system is reliable. Any issues raised are usually resolved quickly — special thanks to Mr. Rizwan for his support. However, in the last 1–2 months, the food quality has noticeably declined. Many of us are concerned and even considering other options, but we trust the PG management and hope they will take this feedback seriously and improve the food quality soon.

One of best PG I ever visited. And its the biggest PG I ever seen. They have facility like gym, indoor games are and even have parking space for cars. The price is much better compare to other pg around that area. Where other PG charge 11k for 2 sharing they charge 1000 extra which reasonable. As the place its located is great and the amenities they provide are way better than others. Room availability here is very less.
