Very bad experience with lots of cockroaches inside the room with self cooking space, even inside cupboard and bathroom and also they don't clean or accept when complained about this. They refuse that there is no cockroach inside the room and also when vacated they deduct amount on maintenance for that cockroach filled room.

It’s unfair charges applied on the day of vacating, especially after providing a full month’s notice. I cleared out all my belongings 10 days in advance and paid the complete rent. If you need money , I believe it’s better to communicate directly rather than impose unexpected charges. Charges should only apply if I stayed overnight instead of vacating on the 1st.

The dryer is broken for past 6 months and they keep on repairing it after requesting for 2-3 weeks and then again it gets broken. They tell us to utilise different building dryer even when we are paying rent for all the facilities. In a block, more than 30 double sharing rooms are there and not even a single proper functioning dryer. Highly disappointing. I am staying here from 1 year and half a year i have faced this issue. Their reply is “ok”

FYI i didnt stay there but sister did and when we came to pick her we had a very bad experience as there were not a single person who could hold her luggage from upper floor to down and show some help also there was this watchman guy so useless ,,simply he stared and stood there without even helping and if he would have let us in we would have bought so i didnt gave any false review.It was out of experience only and I have my rights to say that also !!!!

Initially I have chosen this pg seeing the rating in google. I have stayed there for 4-5 months. Here is points which I faced during my stay in pg: Pros: 1) its very near to main road. 2)micro gym facility is there with few equipments. However, some are not working. Cons: 1) manager, behavior is not healthy with girls. Sometimes they use rough words. They never listens to the problem rather raise their voices to make the person quiet. They are money minded not professional at all. 1) Insufficient food availability. Food quality is not consistent or not at all good because of cook is frequently changing. In case someone is planning to stay you have to make sure alternate plans for lunch and dinner. They prepares dam, rice and papad most of the times. 2) Caretaker keeps on changing, in case you have any issues related to cleaning, internet you will not find anyone urgently to get it fixed. In case anyone has made a deal while taking this pg, that person has to make sure its documented else it will get change because of manager changes. 3) there is a big problem in phone network. Since this pg is covered by other big apartments , there is poor strength in mobile signals, hence call

This place is worse to live. All of them don't know how to behave like a human. 1. All the management here especially the manager is ruthless, annoying, insensible, mannerless, don't care about living conditions at all. Manager's behaviour is completely ruthless and he doesn't know how to behave with people. 2. They keep calling you for the billion times in between meetings even when they have 12000 rs deposit submitted in advance and one month rent in advance. 3. When we ask them to give back the deposit even one day before emptying they don't give. They don't pickup call when we ask them for our money. Manager abruptly cuts the calls and doesn't even listen. Many girls had to stay for 1 month more because they were not giving the money back. 4. Missed my cab to airport because of the delay caused by them and had to stand outside for 1 hr outside because they kept the keys of the room and didn't even allow to be in the room to wait for 15 mins. 4. They keep calling you at 11 pm in the jight asking to empty the room. 5. Food is okayish and gets over before time. Living conditions are not hygienic at all. Don't provide any kind of maintenance for which they are asking so much maint

The PG is just terrible. Manager has no manners, talks with complete disrespect. I had read this in the other reviews as well, and even from the other girls living there. The entire management is money minded, they have no regard for you as a human. My cab to the airport got cancelled because they were making last minute settlements. I was spammed with calls when the manager realised he forgot to take deposit from me at the very start, he then said I have to pay it 5 days prior to my last date! He went ahead to threaten that he will do a police case. After all that on the last day, I had to empty the room and stand outside with my luggage near the road, didn't even let me wait in the room. Apart from that living conditions are not good, there is no ventilation in the room, it gets stuffy. If you want to WFH, don't live here - WiFi is non-existent, even data coverage is bad. I wouldn't recommend this PG to anyone. If there was option, I'd give this PG 0 stars or lesser.

This is not a good place to live they told me to vacate this place in middle of month and forced me to convert it to single sharing or else pay double rent and disturbed in the night at 10 pm to clean the room vacate the premises they have rude management's earlier management before covid was good now it is just money minded people running the pg without any care
