PG maintenance, wifi, water and other facilities are good. Food is not good. While joining the owner will take 3k as advance say 2k will be returning when you leave but he will give 1k. During summer limited hours water supply (Common in Bangalore). As it is the only Gents PG in that area, PG will be mostly full.
