Bad attitude, bad service, not suitable for family!! Being cautious is one thing, judging people and worst attitude. Are we suppose to travel with our marriage certificate. What century are we living in. Worst front desk I ever seen in Karnataka. We will never come back to Hassan, such a bad experience.

Hi had a very bad experience today,,, As regular customer to the Jwewl Rock yesterday(07/03/2024) visited with family,,, today morning after the check out when I came to near my parked car there is a scrach on my car(Innova crysta) It's not a small one some other car hitted to my car,,, Situation is like to change the car door when I asked showroom(nearly 35,000 to 40,000 money need for this),, I asked them for the *cc camera check but no yesterday's record how come it is possible???? And everyone acted like they don't no about this but by today (08/03/2024)evening i became to knw that (from night security)all are aware of this incident,, Continued,,,,,,,, So after the discuss with the manager he said we can move to our home town after that take the car to the showroom then will see,,,, So waiting to take the car 🚘to show room as tomorrow showroom closed for Ugadi,,, will see what is his response after that,,, ✳️✳️✳️ Till last visit had a very good experience with jewel rock, , and food room service front office all are good✳️✳️✳️✳️ Continueed,,,, 👇👇👇👇👇👇 🙂🙂This above review was deleted as per the request of the Hotel manager🙂🙂 After the contact with the manager

Worlds very first Hotel which serves HALF BOILED ONION DOSA against the order Roasted Onion DOSA. The Same half roasted (boiled) has taken about 40 minutes to serve. Hotel staffs are not Responding Properly, they feels like they are doing SEVA here and the customers are for granted.. Here am giving the Single star because of Ambience is good.. The watchmen will charge Rupees 100 for wiping a car, even if you haven't tell them to do so, he won't leave you until you pay for it..

The management staff is very rude. They doesn’t know how behave with the customers. In the room bed condition is pathetic. The bed sheets have cigarette holes. The mattress is so old it hurts your back. Hotel outside looks good, when you enter inside you come to know how bad it is. I suggest this is not a hotel for family.

1. No security cameras were installed. 2. Response to any queary is very harsh. 3. Valuables are not safe in rooms. 4. Owners or managers of hotel are irresponsible on theft queries. Worst ever experience and I never prefer again.
