“These people are making use of weekend and fooling customers we went there and no rooms were available he said that he will give bed in the parking literally placed on the floor as there were no rooms available we booked 6 beds. Each bed costed us 700 and 14% gst and no receipt given he was very polite unti then. We got 2 rooms in the near by hotel so we asked him to refund the money then he became very unprofessional and started talking in rude way. Finally he started saying that he will give only half of the money. How did that made a sense I don’t know. He was very eager to start a clash with us. This is the not the way you treat a customer. We had girls in the group he was never considered about that please do not encourage this type of people”

“The rooms are not clean, and the hotel is not being maintained properly these days. The room was not even made ready before the guest’s arrival, despite prior information being given. The toilet was unclean, and the telephone was not working. It is only a room setup; there is no small kitchen or basic facilities, yet they are charging much more than what they provide. The cost of the hotel is not worth the service offered. I feel bad giving this rating, but the experience was not up to the mark. Moreover, they openly mention that they do not provide toiletries, which is quite disappointing.”

We were having a meet-up t the lounge and one of the staffs literally came in and turned the lights of and stormed off . It's pathetic that We have to pay for such disrespect from these uncultured little people”

Zenitsu Agatsuma★★★★★Gave 1 star as I can't post 0 stars. The word grand lies only in the name everywhere else it's just pathetic. No waterbottles, no toiletries are provided. When asked with the reception, guy gave a used waterbottle filled with tap water. Room was unclean bathroom was messy.

The staff answered lethargically to the complaints raised. Towels and the toiletries were not provided. Even water was not provided for drinking.TV was not in working condition. Even toilet was not cleaned after the last customer use. The photos were taken when I checked into the hotel.

Not only are they overpricing thier rooms but also not even the basic requirements are given like water bottle towels, shower gel etc. They have the worst service and the bathroom is not nice at all. I want particularly rise this issue that we had to wait for more than 1 hr in the morning for hot water and if we complained about it, they gave us the most pathetic excuse that as all the hotel rooms are using hot water, it is over. Very very worst hotel ever seen. We even had to ask for AC remote as they didn't provide it in the room.

They r not providing basic things at room. If we park the vehicle inside we should only take the vehicle and park aside and make room to other vehicles to go. If we need to take the vehicle we need to wait for the other person to come and take back the vehicle. No glass at the room, bathroom r not cleaned bedsheet also not cleaned. Receptionist behaves like owner itself. Never ever go to this hotel or never book online also. Worst

Krishna Khandelwal★★★★★I was welcomed with broken toilet seat. They have not kept towels or soap in the washroom. When asked to provide another room, they asked me to wait until next day or get accomodation in 4th floor without working lift. Pathetic service. Never stay in this hotel.

ManiDeepika Tummalapalli★★★★★*Horrrrible experience* . I will write an elaborate review because I don't want anyone else to face what we had to face with the people here. 1. Cleanliness: Rooms had no dirt but Bed sheets were unclean, torn and weren't changed. Pillows were dirty. We had to get it changed. The walls are full of stains and dirt. 2. Management: Very unhappy with the management and service. They don't stand by their commitments may it be cost of the room or the services. They go to the extent of shouting on the guests. Do not trust them please. We had to change our plans because of them. Entire trip went upside down. 3. Price: It is around 3k in normal season. During holiday seasons the price goes up to 7k(LoL) which is not at all worthy for the place. Considering all the things above, I seriously have no clue why this hotel deserves such price. If you can find a good home stay please choose one. I dont want anyone to go through what we had to go through with these people.

No standard price for room. They demanded to cancel online booking and pay them in cash. They claim to arrange vehicle for visiting local places, but it's completely a scam. They ask to pay huge amount for that. Amenities are worst Unhygienic rooms No proper hot water supply

Vinnie M★★★★★The rooms are not tidy. The blankets and quilts were stingy and smelly. Towels are not given unless asked for. TV remote is not given unless asked for. Worst welcoming ever. The guy at the reception doesn’t have any respect towards tourists. The wifi doesn’t work at all. When asked he says the TV at the reception works fine which is connected to Ethernet and not wifi. He gave us a wrong wifi that doesn’t work and connected his phone to a different wifi that is working absolutely fine. Even if we ask any questions related to our stay the guy just gives gestures instead of speaking unless asked for a 2nd or 3rd time. This person’s arrogant attitude towards us spoiled our family environment throughout the trip. He even stoops to a level of shouting at the tourists calling them dumb. Would not recommend this to anyone.
