“Very disappointing stay. The bathroom had no lock and there was no hot water. When we requested cancellation due to these issues, the staff said we could check out but refused to give any refund. The room smelled bad and the lighting was very poor. Worst hotel experience ever.”

“The place is absolutely not recommended. We had priorly informed the reception that we will be reaching late at night as we are travelling on a bike. We reached around 11pm. We asked whether hot water is available as it is mentioned in the website- the receptionist who is so rude- said no hot water -take bath at 4am. I was astonished as it was cold and we were riding since morning covered in dust. I asked if we could atleast get a jug of hot water for drinking as it was too cold and our throats were hurting- to which he rudely replied that the kitchen closed at 10 - so no hot water can be arranged. Even when asked if we could order food - he said only biryani is there- take it if you want or leave. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour by the receptionist. -The bedsheets have holes (multiple holes) in them -The pillow cover is stained and the pillows themselves have mold -The tv doesnt have a remote -The geyser doesn't work -There's no hand-wash. -the springs in the mattress are literally 1 cm away from stabbing you . Theres no foam and you can literally feel each spring moving under you. Absolutely not recommended. And absolutely rude horrendous service by the receptionist.”

“1. Rooms are not clean 2. Mineral water are charged 3. No bath towels 4. Wash room is not all clean 5. No TV/ TV is not working 6. Alcohol drunken person sitting in restaurant so, not safe for families. 7. Rooms services is bad, 8. Car parking not avlb/ we parked outside the hotel 9. Front end desk is not a polite person, rude behaviour and when we asked for TV connection issue he said vacate the rooms. Over all not recommended for pleasant stay.”

While the rooms were a decent size, several issues made the stay uncomfortable and unprofessional. The Issues: Misleading Advertising: There is a large board outside claiming rooms are Rs 999, but once you walk in, they claim this rate is "only for the off-season" and charge more. Suspicious Payment Method: They refused to accept credit or debit cards. Instead, they insisted we transfer the payment via UPI to a room boy’s personal account, which felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. Lack of Amenities: The beds were not comfortable, and basic toiletries were completely missing. We even had to specifically request towels. Limited Hot Water: Hot water is strictly restricted to the morning hours only. Final Verdict: The spaciousness of the room doesn't make up for the bait-and-switch pricing and the lack of basic hospitality standards. If you decide to stay here, be prepared to negotiate the price and bring your

The actual rooms look old, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to what is advertised. Cleanliness was a major issue — the bedsheets were stained, the bathroom smelled bad, and basic hygiene standards were clearly not followed. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested when we raised complaints. Instead of fixing the problems, they kept making excuses. For the price charged, the service and condition of the property were completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise future guests to not rely on the pictures shown online and confirm the real condition before booking. Definitely not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

No complimentary items such as soap, towels, or even a single water bottle were provided. 2. When we called to request soap, there was no response from the staff. 3. Upon asking for a water bottle, we were told it was out of stock and were asked to pay extra so they could purchase one. Later, we noticed that other guests had to fill their own water from the kitchen. 4. During check-in, the staff simply handed over the room key without showing us the room or providing any assistance. 5. The TV remote was missing, and even after multiple calls, the issue was never resolved. 6. Additionally, there is a wine shop attached to the hotel premises, which makes it less suitable for families. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and the management needs to improve both hospitality and basic guest services.

The beds and bedsheets didn’t feel fresh at all, almost like they hadn’t been washed. Staff were unhelpful, and even after repeatedly asking for basic things, there was no proper response. Overall, poor management and not at all value for money. Would not recommend.

We were never shown real images by the owner, which now feels intentional. The property is in bad shape — damaged doors, poor maintenance, and an overall neglected look. It did not feel welcoming or worth the money at all. To make things worse, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. We genuinely felt cheated and misled. This place survives on fake photos and false expectations. I strongly recommend avoiding it unless you enjoy unpleasant surprises. Would suggest to get updated images from the owner

When asked to extend the stay for one more night, the manager agreed upon a prefixed rate of ₹1300 for a four-bed room. However, at the time of payment, the charge was ₹2400. The manager justified the additional amount as common for weekends, which was not disclosed until the last moment. This experience was unsatisfactory for my family and I would not recommend the establishment to others.
