“I stay here ... and i work from home.. and they are not providing food after 9.30pm as i work night shift... i prefer to eat food late and i collect the food and keep it for later but they wont allow us to eat it in my room.... there is a staff called NAVEEN who used abusive words and this is not proffesional ... he dont know how to talk with girls ... please take action....”

“I stayed here for 6 months and would not recommend it at all. Food: Extremely poor quality like any other PG – had to eat outside daily. Check-in experience: Waited 90 minutes for my room despite informing in advance. Staff ignored me after asking only about their sales commission. Room condition: Pathetic on arrival – even had bubble gums on the ceiling. Took multiple complaints to get it cleaned. Facilities: No parking space; constant problems with bird droppings on bikes. Dustbin removed from my room without replacement, nowhere to throw trash. Staff behavior: Worst part – they ignore residents, make excuses, and never solve issues despite having resources. Security deposit: Still not refunded even after 80+ days. Tickets raised are being ignored. Feels like my advance money is gone. 👉 Overall: Terrible management, poor food, zero accountability. Do not stay here.”

Rahul Ranjan Singh★★★★★Disappointing Experience at Stania Living Colive PG I recently stayed at Stania Living Colive PG and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The facilities were average at best, but the rent was exorbitant. To make matters worse, they charge extra for electricity and water (₹1200/month for a single-sharing room), yet the basic amenities like hot water were not consistently available. The management seems to be more interested in finding ways to extract money from residents rather than providing decent services. The problems don't stop there. They have separate charges for onboarding and exit, and when it's time to refund the security deposit, they'll find excuses to deduct more money. I was charged ₹1200 for "paint damage" that was already present when I moved in. The food provided is below average, and they don't even offer lunch on weekdays. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at Stania Living Colive PG. The rent is premium, but the services are subpar. You can find better options at half the price. Rating: 1/5 Update: It’s been more than 90days, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. Update: It has been 120days, and I am yet to receive the refu

RAVISH RAJPUT★★★★★Worst experience ever! They don’t return your security deposit after you leave the PG. They promised to refund it within 45 days, but it’s been much longer and I still haven’t received my money. They even stopped responding — my number was blocked, customer support never replies, and none of my raised tickets were resolved. Extremely unprofessional service. Please don’t go for Stanza Living!

Water , internet, electricity and even during exit they charge you money. Worst of all i had paid 6k as deposit which i still didn't receive . It has been over 3 months and still no update from them. They don't respond to calls either.

Adarsh Philip Roy★★★★★Had a really awful experience at Durham House, Stanza Living (Whitefield). When I joined, I was told my stay could be extended if needed. Based on that, I planned my stay till mid-August. But on the very last day of my contract (11th Aug), around 8:30–9 pm, they suddenly told me I had to vacate immediately. Till the day before, they kept telling me I would get 4 extra days, but last minute, they backed out. They stated that the extension contract is for one month and nothing can be done. They also mislead about costs. They say “no hidden charges” but there’s a ₹500 onboarding fee, ₹500 admission fee, and 1200rs exit charge. 500 rs for police verification which in fact costs around 10 or 20rs to the government. They already have our data on their app. The food quality is really bad. Definitely not something you can rely on daily. I ended up eating out most of the time. Do not be misled, if it's showing 9300rs on the website for a room, you’ll end up paying 13k- 14k a month. On top of that, the staff have a terrible attitude. Every time you approach them, they make you run around like you’re dealing with some government office. It’s frustrating and ruins the whole experience. Would

It's been well over 45 days since our exit, the maximum promised time for our security deposit refund, and it's now been about 3 months with no sign of our deposit. Their customer service is a joke - they constantly tell us to email, even the "city head" who clearly ignores every single one of our messages. When you finally get them on the phone, they snap at you, fight, and act with unbelievable arrogance, as if we owe them. After countless calls, one customer care representative casually informed us it would now take 4 months to get our money back- longer than we even resided there. This is a blatant breach of trust and a disgusting display of unprofessionalism. Do not trust Stanza Living; they are FRAUDS. Avoid them if you value your peace of mind & money.

Rohit Chopra★★★★★Not recommended. My overall experience was frustrating, especially after vacating. Communication is slow, and support is mostly unhelpful. If you're expecting a smooth and responsible handover process, you may want to lower your expectations. Things drag on unnecessarily. Definitely not the kind of post-stay experience one would hope for.

I had booked a place with Stanza Living in Bangalore and paid a ₹6,000 deposit. Due to a change in my plans, I informed the manager well in advance and requested a refund. Initially, he assured me he would check with his manager and get back to me, but since then, he has been dodging my calls and messages. Despite following up multiple times, I have not received any clear communication or resolution. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better service and transparency from a reputed brand like Stanza Living. I would rather suggest “ZOLO” professional and convenient. I hope they address this issue and improve their customer support.

Neem Savanur★★★★★Please don’t get fooled by all the 5 star ratings here, the staff request all the owners to give them 5 stars as soon as anyone moves in . I have been staying here since a year, and I have to literally beg and give a reminder call to switch on the geysers. Most of the time there is no water, they have one or the other issues every month. Seems like the higher management doesn’t pay salaries to the stuff because I haven’t seen anyone do their job well here. I have been taking shower in cold weather as I have no other option. You pay 20k a month for single sharing, and you end up begging everyday for one or other issues here. Please come to Stanza, If you don’t wanna have a peaceful stay. This is the best place where you can see yourself begging and reminding stanza staff to do their work.

There are no service available, everything has a separate charge Nthng is included in rent…The manager here (RC) is very unprofessional nd rude they don’t know to do business. Uh will regret once uh come nd start and living here..pls think twice, thrice, million times before coming to here. In end they will irritate uh very much, they won’t return ur security, no management. If uh will ask something to them they will keep blaming other person. On top of the already high rent, they charge ₹1000 extra per person for electricity and water, meaning ₹2000 per month for a two-sharing room yet, you won't even get hot water consistently. Complaints? Useless. The looting doesn’t stop there they have onboarding and exit charges, and when it’s time to refund your security deposit, they’ll make silly excuses to deduct money. Even basic security for personal items is a joke I reported missing food from the fridge, and they didn't care. The food is below average, and they don’t provide lunch on weekdays. Better go with a normal PG for half the rent.

Shabu★★★★★Avoid this place at all costs. They've mastered the art of scamming. Hidden charges, false promises, and a staff with a serious attitude problem, it’s a complete trap. Unless you're a millionaire, you'll feel robbed from the moment you sign their online contract. I've just initiated the exit process, and based on my experience so far, I'm fully expecting more shady tactics when it comes to refunding my advance. I’ll be updating this once the nightmare is truly over.
