Pathetic service. Even after booking a room and getting the receipt, the room was allotted to someone else. 4 days prior to reaching there, we were told that there was no room available. What’s the point of prior booking then if they cannot guarantee a room???? Says something else and shows something else. Not at all well trained staff. Made me pay extra 10,000 for the time I was not even staying. Disgusting.

I stayed here for over 8 months. Initially, things were going great when Krishna was the manager. After he was removed, things changed for the worse. The new manager didn't care about anything and seemed to be there just for the job. Prices started increasing gradually and new charges were added every day. I joined the property at 23k per month for a single room, but in the end, I was paying 29k per month.The only positive aspect was the cleanliness; otherwise, it's not worth the money.

Not value for money. expensive, double sharing 17600, they will quote less amount while onboarding, and then monthly bill will surprisingly high. Except tha it is neat and clean. Simple app for any kind of repair/maintenance/service. WhatsApp group for quick help from the property managers.

If you want to stay here for cleanliness, hygiene, then go for it but but but you will want to exit the property as soon as you see the rooms. The rooms here are too compact and don’t justify the enormous rent they are charging. Yes, with just 6 months of my stay, they increased the rent 3 times for some pathetic reason. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to waste your hard earned money. Rather look for a flat which you can easily get it for this cost and still save some money. Krishna, as a care taker here was way too good but the internal politics within the team asked him to leave Zolo Campbell. You are almost going to pay 15k to 16k for a double sharing room, so better to opt for something which can give you single sharing at this price. All the best.

It is not in Indiranagar, it's in Cox Town 4km away from Indiranagar. Right opposite the PG is an illegal garbage dump and there is a garbage all over the road and men urinating on the walls nearby. The money they charge for this location seems unreasonable.

Good experience staying here for 2 months. All the amenities are good, but the rooms are small and over a period of time it feels a little congested. Caretaker Mr. Bishnu is very helpful and always available whenever needed. Things to note: you only get a small shelf, so keeping belongings can be a little difficult. Also, if you raise any complaint with the Zolo team, it usually takes at least 24 hours to resolve, even in emergency situations. The property manager never picks up calls or provides proper support.

I had a very good experience at Zolo Campbell. The property is well-maintained, and the hygiene standards are excellent. The rooms and common areas are always clean and properly managed.
