Title: Worst Experience – Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior I had a terrible experience with this PG, as shared by my friend. The owner enters rooms without permission, invades tenants' privacy, and constantly questions them about personal matters. He also shouts at female residents, taking advantage of the fact that they may not speak up. The mental harassment faced by the tenants is unacceptable. Moreover, there is clear favoritism based on language and regional background, leading to discrimination against those from different states. This kind of biased and disrespectful treatment makes staying here a nightmare. I strongly advise against choosing this PG. It lacks professionalism, respect, and a safe environment for residents. Avoid it at all costs!

Stayed in this PG for 5 months. They do not have a proper management to oversee the maintenance of PG. 5 months ago, the so called owner had used literature perfect adjectives to describe how well they maintain the PG and how it's a home. How well all of this went downhill might blind a person. The so called owner turned out to be a partner in maintaining this pg and we get to know this when we go and raise concerns! It totally doesn't matter what role they play, but as a resident, when we raise a concern, if they can't look into that, then what is the point !! They are perfectly capable of saying that, your concern will be taken care of in a week's time.. for them a week's time is equivalent to us crossing a light year!! I still don't know if the building has power backup, because this concern was raised during joining, the blame used to go towards a so called owner, whom we still don't know.. the problem is them advertising their pg to have 'n' number of facilities when quarter to none is provided! Half way through, we have seen ten different people appearing as caretakers and cleaners and the last two weeks, nobody cleaned our room. Entire intent of writing the review is that,

Worst pg ever money minded people the people who maintain the pg is sooo rude to everyone even if family members come to pick ua bag also they think they stayed there only and ask for extra money and even though u say 10 times if you dont have cupboard key they ll say they ll give soon but while leaving they ask money and blame us that we lost it...highly not recommended paying for key is fine but if u give the key before . without giving key paying is fun 😂😂😂
