Maintenance is okay, Apart from that Owners are not Ecofriendly with you, if you're family, Relatives, Colliuges came to see you they'll make charges against you. Primary preference is (Food) when I joined in this Pg few years ago Food was manageable. Nowadays it won't Cause they don't have kindness. As my opinion People those who are providing Shelter & Food They'll have Humanity & Kindness. (They're not eligible for that...!)

Good food, good people, unlike others they are not only running this pg for the sake of money, they also here to your problems, its like home food, washing machine is provided, water facility is good, only disadvantage is surrounding is not good, early morning mikesets starts sounding in front itself, mikesets will be heard for 5 time a day,it irritates a lot.... And u feel like u r in slum... But once you are in ur room everything is good, cleanliness is well maintained within the building.... U ain't feel that you are in such area when you are inside the building
