“I stayed in Room No. 205 for one month. 1. During my entire 30-day stay, hot water for bathing was available only for one or two days.Despite repeatedly lodging complaints with the Room Captain, no action was taken. 2.Room cleaning only took place if you insisted in person; otherwise, no cleaning was done. In my entire stay, only once was done on my insistence. 3. The food was average. The rice was consistently undercooked—always two-thirds boiled, as if rushed. 4. Although the management claims everything is handled online and system-generated, the system seems to work in their favor, not the tenants’. For example, upon moving in, I was told that 100GB of internet usage was free. However, on the first day of the month, a notification popped up in their app charging me ₹100 for internet. I reported this to the Room Captain, who promised to look into it but never followed up. When I left home that week, the monthly bill was due on the 7th, but on the 8th, I found a bill for ₹225, which included a ₹125 penalty. Later got to know the bill was for water and wrongly mentioned as internet bill. I didnt have the energy to fight these guys i left it at that. Conversely, when it's time ”

VaghBlogger★★★★★Avoid this PG if you want to stay away from Police and local goons. There are often cases where girls in neighboring room will complain of harassment and frame innocent boys for money. This PG has some rowdy staff who will take all your phone and laptop in the name of random investigation and would never return it.

The entire premises was so dirty. The gaming zone and the gym area seems like it has not even touched for years it has a layer of dust.

Jagrity singh★★★★★I lived there for almost 5 months and gave 12.5k as deposit, after cancelling my contract I was suppose to get my amount back but they didn’t, after mailing, texting and calling them continuously for help they ignored and upon that their employee named Gunja she literally abused me on call talked very rudely and said we’ll not give do whatever you want so I send her one legal notice but like shameless people they ignored that too. Don’t put your money here because you’ll never get it back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

But the team of stanza needs to change the sales rep named Gunja, who helps customers with the onboarding. She is very unprofessional. She will be very sweet until you do the payment & will convey certain informations which she herself is also not aware of. She even fumbles when she’s cross questioned about her deadline sales technique & fails to give an answer.Once payment is done she will not respond at all because her sales target is achieved. Don't expect any assistance from the company once you have given your deposit money. Also please take a note that all the positive reviews about this pg has been done by employees of Stanza or by their relatives. Better not to consider that. If you really want to stay have a conversation with the residents who are currently staying in the building. They will give a much clear picture of all the scams done by sales rep Gunja & other teams respectively.

Praveen★★★★★One of the worst PG ever I seen bad Maintenance water is not coming properly and main thing Security Deposit is always under risk I have vacated Stanza sofia House 65 days before still am not received my deposit amount my friends also facing same issues worst response from stafs, Standard RC is not there every month RC is changing. Don't choose this type of PG's especially Stanza.
