Very bad experience. The owner is lady who is veryrude, impolite, indecent, money minded.Uncle is extremely nice.She wd micromanage always.Daily enters the room without consent to check, throws away clothes on bed,switches off fans at dining hall,oversees how many clothes u put in washing machine, asks u to buy mirror even if it was already broken.She would always bother you for anything or other.Left the pg in a month & asked my friends not to come.

Stayed for almost 2years. 1- Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly, we need to maintain our room. 2- Food is good compared to other places 3- owner is very responsive and solves the problems quickly. 4- Good number of supermarkets, fruit markets are there nearby. 5- Rent is very reasonable.
