The PG provides basic accommodation, but there are several areas that need improvement. The food quality and quantity are not satisfactory. Breakfast often includes sweet items that are not suitable for everyone, and the options are limited. For instance, morning items like neer dosa, seemige, and aapam are served in very small quantities usually only three pieces which is insufficient. On Mondays, sajjige is served daily, whereas earlier it used to come with avalakki, making it more balanced; now it is just plain sajjige, which is difficult to eat. Non-vegetarian options like chicken pieces are very limited, with only 2 pieces served at a time. While the taste of the food is good, the overall quantity and variety are lacking. In terms of hygiene, the PG needs improvement. The rooms there is no proper curtain, which gives an odd appearance, and the washrooms are not properly cleaned. Initially, they offered a variety of dishes, but now the menu has become repetitive with fewer options
