As a mother, I wanted to join my daughter in this PG, but the experience was very unpleasant. We had paid ₹2000 in advance for a double sharing room, but when we came back, the condition of the PG was shocking. The room was dusty and unclean, the wardrobe was broken, there were no proper door handles, and the bed was poorly maintained. There was no cleanliness, no proper gate, and overall the place did not feel safe. When we informed the owners that we would not continue, they spoke very rudely and unprofessionally. Despite us not staying at all, they refused to refund or even respond politely. For any parent who wishes to provide a safe and comfortable place for their daughter, I strongly recommend avoiding this PG. The environment, cleanliness, and management are not at all reliable.

It’s a fraud. They will not give deposit. I vacated and gave them 1 month time. Now they are telling they will give deposit only if they get someone. Otherwise they won’t give. These people are fraud and scammers. I won’t suggest this. These people are also not having any receipt or agreement. Such a scam people. Worst experience.

Wouldn’t Recommend – Bad Experience Overall I stayed here for just a month, and honestly, I don't miss a thing about it. The experience was pretty disappointing from day one. First of all, they haven’t returned my deposit. I was told I’d get it after a month, then 20 days, and now I’m being told it won’t be returned at all. The caretaker even blocked my number, which says a lot about how they handle things. The food was usually stale, way too spicy (to the point where it just made you eat less), and completely lacked taste. There were days when I asked for breakfast in the morning and got a shocked look like I’d asked for something outrageous. Sometimes they’d even re-serve the same food from breakfast at lunch, with just a bit of Rasam added. The place isn’t clean either. The rooms are dusty, the washing area has spider webs, and the drying space is really unhygienic. The caretaker is rarely around—she keeps traveling to Andhra—and when she is around, her behavior is just plain rude. What’s worse is how different her tone was before I moved in vs. after. If you're considering this place, please keep everything in writing. There are definitely much better options out there. I

The owner is a big scammer. The room that was provided to me was filthy, moulds everywhere, the entire place was stinking. The garbage can was kept right in front of the door. The place is very suffocating. The mattress was dirty and there were cigarette buds in the toilet. When I asked the owner to clean or change my room, she yelled saying this is what it is and asked me to stay. I walked out of the room and asked for a deposit refund. She refused to pay and later didn't pick my calls. They are goons who loot money and don't provide the services. Please don't stay in this PG. The food is being cooked in an area where there are lots of rats and garbage . The pictures posted are very deceiving
