“**No enough parking in the basement. It's a 1st come 1st serve lottery basis. Else you have to park outside the hotel ** It's a veg restaurant. Overall not a relaxing experience. 1. The staffs are poorly managed. The receptionist don't check the pre-booking details properly and asks for money in advance for our stay despite telling that we booked it through *some* apps & the money is paid. Half informed about their own services. Different information comes from different staff members. Hence confusing. 2. You won't get anything except morning complimentary breakfast. On check in they confirmed that evening snacks will be available but later they didn't open the kitchen. 3. They don't clean your room even after you press the request button. They dont instruct you properly on how to operate various buttons & switches in the rooms. Hence, you end getting no services of cleaning. 4. If the hotel is half / less occupied, they serve the breakfast just for the namesake. We felt it was a shrugg off duty they were carrying just because they mentioned complimentary breakfast while booking. 5. Food items were not great. Nothing much was there in the buffet. Quality was not good. Its a veg re”

“Rooms were ok. Food was quite good - the manager serving food was polite and knew how to handle guests However the junior staff is completely untrained - 1. While serving food the staff did not even know how to serve food - plopping it down on our table. 2. Bathroom had gotten clogged with tissue paper and in order to rectify, room cleaning staff took out the water from the pot and put it on the floor - oblivious to the hygiene considerations. When we went to get the room changed the staff did not understand why it is ueven unhygienic.”

“Disappointed with the overall experience. The breakfast was of poor quality—definitely not worth opting for. While the rooms were spacious, the washroom had a persistent drainage smell that made the stay uncomfortable.”

Divyesh Jadhav★★★★★The stay was not at all satisfactory only because of height of mismanagement. Receptionist Mr. Dinesh is not at all person from hospitality management who doesn't even know how to talk with customer. He makes sure that you fall into his trap of offering tax free rooms which doesn't have cold water and you may end up burning your skin. But the food experience is best in this hotel considering the prices and taste. Staff is also cooperative apart from this guy who doesn't even listen to any query and if listens then answers very rudely. He prefers to speak only in local language (Kannada) and does not have any professional ethics to listen to anyone or accepting the mistakes. If you see this guy please avoid staying this hotel you will end up ruining your stay and vacation. Hotel is really nice to stay but because of such guys the vacation gets spoil.

Karthik Rao★★★★★My wife and I stayed here for a weekend. Although, the hotel room is big and comfortable, we were visited by the housekeeping staff unexpectedly. They entered our room when we were inside. Our hotel room didn't have a latch as the door beam was already broken (we informed the reception about this as soon as we entered the room and they mentioned that this won't really be a problem), they assumed that we were outside and entered with master key. This is absolutely unacceptable as we felt our privacy was invaded. When complained, the hotel staff kept on blaming each other and no one even apologized to us, including the owner who had earlier bragged a lot about his travels and hotel management experience. Overall, our stay was good, but we're quite scarred by this experience and will not be visiting here again.

Girish Vijay★★★★★The restaurant at this place is the worst. We were 7 of us and ordered 7 roti with dal and they took more than 45 mins and still did not get us the order. We had to walk out finally after an hour. They were also fighting in the kitchen we could hear clearly about our order. Rooms they have tried to make it as premium as possible but far from 4 star hotels.

Ash_winS★★★★★Hotel was good. I faced issue with the reception guy who was rude kept on lying about the prices when I said I couldn't book the room online for the next day. First he said it's 3.5k including breakfast. The next day he said it's 4.5k and when I confronted him, he said it was weekend so price increased when clearly it was Friday (not a weekend) , my guess is he found anathor guy who was willing to pay extra and decided to kick me out. He kept his rude behaviour and asked me to pack my things and leave , even though I was some 70 kms away sightseeing. Later when I returned he said I need to pay extra for breakfast!!!! Make up your mind , before looting your guest.

We after a 10hrs of travel reached hotel and i went on to the restroom of the room the door outer side was locked and i was stuck inside for 2hours shouting continuosly for Help ... I got fainted in fear as no body there to help . Later after 2 hours the hotel ppl came and broke the door .... How could they cannot even check the doors functionality before they give it to the customers and the minute it frustrated is Such a horrible behaviour with the manager, we don't want to spoil the vacation as that day was the start so we don't want to stay in the hotel anymore so decider not to stay here so we asked for refund they refused for that too... For the stay which we haven't continued we already paid for that and we walked out . A strong NO suggestion to the people who looking for good customer service and good maintanence in hotel First ever review which is this negative Worst Management Worst Maintainence And Worst Customer service !!!!!! On the other hand receptionist was rude and had no interest to find alternatives or accept booking proof. Good that it was cancelled and we got better deal at better price
