“One of the worst Pg have ever experienced in my career till now the owner is so rude, and he always want to smash your money, and he won’t even give the advance return to you when you’re telling like you want to make it so when you’re going to join in this music, kindly be careful with the amount which you give to the owner, and the owner will be telling like 4000. He cut for maintenance and he will give return for and he will return the 4000 while you are leaving the Pg, but he won’t even do that. He will deduct amount, and he will start fighting with you, and he will take all your money, so better be careful.”

“(If I could give 0, I would)WARNING: Stay away from this PG, the owner is a total fraud and criminal-minded person. I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. The owner is extremely rude, arrogant, and only cares about money. He charges extra money even while vacating the PG, and if you resist or question him, he threatens you with a police complaint. I have never seen such a manipulative and toxic person running a business.The rent is highly overpriced for the pathetic facilities provided. There’s no cleanliness, water leaks all the time, the common areas are full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and there’s zero ventilation. The so-called "washing machine" is mostly broken or barely works, and you’ll end up wasting time every day trying to get basic things done. He tries to squeeze money at every opportunity, and doesn’t give back your deposit without creating drama. If you care about your mental peace, safety, and hygiene, please do not stay here. This PG is not just badly managed, it's borderline harassment living here. The owner behaves like a local goon more than a landlord. If I could give negative stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

VIKAS RAJBHAR★★★★★This is my genuine review regarding Vaishnavi Gents PG. I would love to share with you my experience with this PG. Guys, I request you all to read the pros first. Cons 1. For the person who is coming to Bangaluru for the first time, this is an affordable PG, but you can find more affordable PGs near that location, and beside this, you get the room for the same price; you only need to search for it as compared to other PGs that are in that area near the The Bier Library. 2. Manger is a soft-spoken person. When he wants rent from us, he will also post it in group 5 days before the deadline, and if we are asking for some request regarding our deposit money, cleanliness of the kitchen, improving hygiene, or some maintenance request, he will behave rudely or ignoring us. 3. About the washing machine, there are 2, out of which 1 is not working; it breaks down while it is in use, which is later repaired by the person who cleans our rooms. That's one of the skill sets that person has that’s appreciated, and on the other machine, when we remove clothes from the tub, we get a live big mouse or else a haired removed mouse, which is dead in the machine, so there is one option that is to clean
