In this PG there is no rules and regulations and they will not provide you a good facility by the rate it's around 6.5 k and advance you need to pay 4.5kg total advance will be around 10.5 k and the PG rent is 6.5 but they are not providing any good facility for you the alcoholic smell will be in all floors and the beds also very dirty and some kind of things are there in that bed you can understand what are the you can do and cockroaches are there more in the bedrooms on rooms bathrooms and extra they said that smoking and alcohol is not allowed in the PG but everyone drinks and smokes in terrace and they do some creepy things in the rooms and their sounds everyday all of the who drink and smoke they supports the PG so PG on a supports them and if we ask for if we are there around a 5 people if we ask we need a 4 share bedroom they won't give to US and they will tell us that we have some loyal customers so we can't provide you those things and all we can't remove them they are saying like that so this PG is number one worst in the Bengaluru so you guys go for another pages don't go for this PG it to worst and the food facilities also more than worst in another pages

This is the worst PGI have ever seen in my life in Bengaluru because they are providing nothing except the food and the foot is also not good at all one more thing is that there is a rule two rules no smoking and no drinking but they are not in the way to follow the rules and their smoking and drinking day or putting everything seen in the rooms and in the floors they are creating scenes and extra and the food stuff also they will say only one food write if we want to test any other items we need to test everything right they can't say in first devil say that after eating you can put only one curry not more than one curry you can put it only one if we put any if there is any chicken or fish mutton and some kind of curries if there is like that we can't choose any three we can choose three options we should need to choose only one option they didn't tell the things and all the staff is also very rude with us I will say only one thing this PG is not worth it for around 6.5kg you can go for another PG

This PG was good for working people and but when it's comes to that PG maintaining guy bharath was fraud he won't return your advance while vacating if we ask him he will say you should tell 1 week before and if we tell 1 week before he will say 1 month before of we tell him 1 month before also he will say 6 months before you should tell but he won't give it back and he has zero common sense every time he won't knock the door he had keys of all rooms he will enter directly inside the room without any permission and after that vacating if we call and ask for advance he will block the numbers worst maintanence guy owner should change the person
