“Be careful customers. Completly Froud. 3 time check for bill. Supplier adjustment billing. Today i visited 8/11/23 that restaurant cabin no 13 morning time. Supplier dont give bill with hand and he added another cabin bill. And also rudely talk with customer. Finally cashier find the cheating. And he say apology. Owners completly blindly sitting.”

Atheeth Jain★★★★★I strongly dn't recommended. I had booked this hotel for my guest. The business done with this hotel left me with bad taste and experience with my guests. Firstly when I approached this hotel for bookings, ,Receptionist of the day said I need to pay 1000 /- token advance. Which I did for 7 rooms. On the day of arrival of the guest(Marriage day), owner calls me in saying to meet him in person at reception. Once I arrived at hotel owner tells me I have to pay two days room rent in advance. When I said its not the practice in most places owner states" Its only in Dharmasthala where you get rooms without double advance". Since i had no time I had to pay the advance. All my guest had checked room boys do we need to check out immediately. Room boy said its not necessary. You can check out by evening since there is no booking. But once all the guest move out owner send me a bill for two days for all the rooms. Please note all the actions taken by owner if you back track was with oppertunistic intentions. The advance paid was adjusted two days. In any hotels there is rule to consult guest before extension of the room. Here they miss guided the guest and then demanded for two days room r

Happy Soul★★★★★I endorse to what Atheeth had to say. I was one of the guest stayed over for his function. We had checked with room boys for check out timing. Since we had extra room we would have transferred all the luggage to that extra spare room or to our cars. Strongly don't recommend this to any one.
